It's only been two weeks since I've had it, but so far i really enjoy it. Installation was straightforward and easy, it just takes a bit of time on the 7-piece set, the box said one chair should take 15 mins, but honestly, 30mins is correct for the first piece then your time will get faster. yes like other people said you will get your delivery over a weeks period in time, my delivery was every other day I would receive a huge box on my porch at 8 Am, I'm so glad it was delivered while I was on vacation from work or this 4ft X 4ft box would be sitting in plain site all day. I absolutely enjoy it so far, everything looks great. the only problem I had was the ignition button on the fire pit it doesn't work and I've been attempting to get that working properly as it should be, but other than that for the price it's amazing and looks great, I really like it. ... show more

I searched FOREVER for a patio sectional set with a fire table that didn’t break the bank. I ultimately chose this one bc the reviews were good and it had a higher back than most others. It’s comfortable but not “cushy”. The customer service was excellent and I received an email with tracking numbers as well as assembly videos for each piece. That was extremely helpful! It took my husband and I several hours over 2 days to assemble as each screw is a hex, which takes a ton of patience! Learned after the first piece not to tighten anything until ALL the screws were in place (as others have also mentioned). The clips help keep the pieces in place as they are light- which I like bc I love playing with the options for layout. I LOVE that it came with 2 sets of cushion covers. I actually liked the dark gray best but we have a white dog that sheds so I changed them to the turquoise. The color is a bit brighter than I thought but it looks nice with the dark rattan. Fire table is great land we’ve enjoyed it! My main complaint is that the cushions DO NOT stay in place at all- that’s why I took one star off. It’s really annoying and a bit unsafe if someone sits quickly- the cushion will slide out from under you- especially the ottoman. Seems like that could be designed better. I ended up adding pieces of large Velcro to the back of each cushion and the frame to hold them in place which has helped. Overall it’s a great set for the money and we really like it so far! ... show more

I shopped several different retailers for a set in this sort of style, and this was bar far the best deal for the price. I was a little hesitant to buy it on Amazon, but I decided to try it because of the reviews. So glad I did! It came reasonably quickly, was easy to assemble, and seems sturdy enough for my needs. The furniture is lightweight, so it's really easy to move around to meet different needs. They included small cabinet liners to hold the cushions in place (as other reviewers said they purchased separately), and they seem to work. I have not yet had to buy anything to hold the backrest pillows in place, but I do keep the whole set covered when not in use. For those who decide to buy this set, I would recommend measuring your space and making sure it will all fit the way you want it. ... show more

Let’s be real! Having an inground pool requires one also to have nice patio furniture. We looked around and after extensive research, settled on a set on Amazon from NiceSoul. As usual, the ordering process was easy, but then, that’s when NiceSoul’s great customer service and communication stepped in. We received communication to ensure that what we ordered was what we wanted, and after verifying that, Rachel with NiceSoul continually communicated with us. She sent a message through Amazon with the tracking numbers for the boxes containing our patio set. And thankfully, she notified us that our set could come in different shipments, which they did, but we were prepared and had no worries. Our entire set arrived earlier than first anticipated and did not delay the set-up by the Amazon Home Services team. Once the set was put together, we were simply amazed by how comfortable, well-designed, and well-built the entire set is. Even with shipping and the set-up costs, we still saved at least $1500.00 on what a similar set we saw at a local store would have cost us. Very nice once assembled which posed a few issues. The instructions could be more clearly written and the tools provided are not adequate for assembly, yes they barley work, but you really need a better hex head tool like a ratcheting screwdriver that holds hex head bits to do the job more efficiently. Another curve ball is that the hardware is tethered to the inside of the boxes, (there will be numerous boxes in this order) and what they don't tell you is in a couple of the boxes more hardware is stuffed inside one of the pieces. We assumed the hardware was missing because there was a tethered bag, but that bag only contained half of the hardware. By chance we discovered the other half tucked away. Other than the assembly issues, the furniture is solid and looks very nice. ... show more

We absolutely loved this furniture set, you can tell a lot of quality went into this furniture from the beginning of the assembly process. Admittedly, this is the first brand new outdoor furniture we have ever bought, but so far we are glad we did. The fire pit works great, and looks very nice with the set. Only issue we had was one of the bolts stripped the threading for one of the legs, but that's on me for using an impact for a speedy install. I just used some JB weld, and all is good. ... show more
