I researched different sectional sets for weeks before settling on this one. I couldn’t be happier. The set same in 6 different boxes over 2 days but I was able to track all of them as the shipper sent an email with all of the tracking numbers. Once received, everything was fairly easy to put together. I did the entire sectional myself over ~3 hours. Once you do the first one, it goes quick. The fire pit took about an hour as we took our time to make sure that we did it correctly. The sectional is very comfortable and I love the higher back (this was the highest that I could find). Both my son and I have both taken naps on it. There are non-slip mats that go under the seat cushions but they don’t work that well as the cushions do slip a bit. Easy fix though as I will just purchase some Velcro to better secure them. My set came with the gray cushions but I also received navy blue cushion covers. I just haven’t switched over to the navy yet (which was what I wanted when I purchased the set). I love having two sets of covers though so I can change things up from time to time. I’ve left the cushions out during short/light rain and they dry off quickly. The water beads on tops and easily wipes off. I haven’t left them out during long downpours though so I do not know how they will do in that situation. The fire pit can be challenging to light at times but it could be operator error as we’ve only used it a handful of times (it’s summer so we don’t really need it yet) and we always get it lit. Once on, it definitely can throw some heat. I can’t wait for a nice fall night to sit out there with the fire going. I am very happy with my purchase and would definitely purchase again!

They say you get what you pay for but in this case I believe we got more. We have gone through several patio sets over the years but I have to say this one is the best of them all. First, we received them so quickly we were actually shocked! Secondly, the assembly was super easy. I will also say that the cushion are super firm. Not like those awful light foamy ones are at other stores that go flat after only a few uses. These cushions are firm like a type of memory foam that is super comfortable and returns to original shape!! Now of course this will happen in the time of non use. It isn’t like an air cushion that returns as soon as you stand up. I will also say that the customer service was top tier! I didn’t realize that when ordering a different color of cushions they would come in separately. I kind of blew right past that part in the description lol. I contacted them through messaging center and was replied to within hours. Let me tell you, I contacted them several times and never waited longer than 16 hrs to get an answer. When I contacted them about the blue covers, They contacted me right away and provided all of the shipping information for each box and where the last one containing the covers were. I was missing an assembly bag (containing screw, washers and the feet) for an ottoman. Upon contact, I told them no worries on the screws and washers as I had plenty in my garage that fit but needed the feet. The response was super prompt and they continued to provide updates as they worked to get the feet out to me. They arrived within about 5 days. I inquired via messenger to purchase an additional single corner piece to ensure the same color was available and was promptly sent a link with instructions to contact them back via message center and she would ensure I received the color I wanted. That chair came arrived in like 3 days! Dang at the turn around time! I will tell you that the fire pit is wonderful. I love the ease of access to the gas tank underneath. I will say be patient when lighting it and follow the instructions. It is after all gas and can be finicky when it wants to be. I will also say that although this set was a little more than we initially wanted to spend, the customer service alone was enough to keep me as a return customer.
