I have two different LiftMaster/Chamberlain garage doors - one on the house and one on the shop. My truck usually stays in the shop, but I wanted to be able to use the garage door on the house to unload it. The house door opener has the Purple Button, while the shop door opener has the Yellow button. Neither remote would work on the other door. This remote works with both openers, giving me control over both with a single device. Programming was straight forward and the range seems to be almost as good as the factory remotes. I'm not a huge fan of 2–2032 batteries in each remote, but given the size of the device, that's probably the only option. For the price, I'm not sure how you can go wrong.

This is a nice affordable 2-pack of remotes. I’ve purchased and programmed several other brands and form-factors of remotes for a few vintage door openers. Setting these up is pretty straightforward, on par with the others I’ve set up. It’s helpful that they’re compatible with a broad range of openers. They work well for my needs; they’re a good size to hang on the keychain and not get in the way too much. The case feels very plasticy. It’s clearly heavy duty plastic, but different case material might make it feel like it’s higher quality.

At first, I thought that these openers weren't working properly. I easily programmed the first door but had problems with the other two doors. As it turns out, I had misread the instructions. Once I saw what I was doing wrong I easily programmed all three doors. I'm not sure of the distance that these have but they worked reliably from about 60 feet away. I have one Chamberlain and a LiftMaster for the garage and another LiftMaster for the barn, all different models although they all have the yellow learn button. These are nice little remote controls, are easy to program (read the instructions carefully) and work well.

They work but considering I had a dead battery straight out of the box, I'm not too confident on its long-term survival. The instructions state that the garage door opener must be made by the Chamberlain group despite their item page saying it works with a host of manufacturers(see highlighted image from the trouble shooting section of the installation page. I have a craftsman so this is strike two for these openers. Strike three is the completely unhelpful directions. You are supposed to click the button you want to use x number of times according to the color of your learn button on the physical opener. Mine was red so it should have been 3 clicks, nope. I had to go through the entire group of click numbers before finding the correct one, which was 4 clicks in my case. The instructions do have a warning to try the various click combinations so I will give them that. It's still irritating and turns a 1 minute job into a 5 minute job. Also and this may be preference, I really don't want to lug my garage door opener around everywhere on my keychain. From what I can tell, that's the only option for mounting. No clip for your visor like every other opener on the market. Overall, it works but it was more work than necessary and required a spare battery that I luckily had on hand. I can't speak to the longevity or the value but plan on keeping some spare batteries on hand just in case.

Perfect replacement for failed OEM. I had an OEM lift master keychain remote for my mid 90s Lift master garage door. The button no longer activates regularly. Even taking it apart and messing with the contacts and replacing the battery would not get it to work consistently. This 2 pack is great, following the instructions I was able to sync the remote to my garage door color and pair it with the code procedure. Pictured are the new and old units. (New unit slightly darker and on the right. The size is great, very convenient for carrying with you on a bike or motorcycle. Since it came in a 2 pack I'll always have a spare ready to roll ~

Nice simple 3-function trasnmitters. Did a quick bench test of these vs a replacement receiver, they work great. They have an indicator light that flashes while transmitting, but weirdly the light is positioned to be hidden by your hand.
