I bought this jump starter for my wife who travels a lot for dog shows. At 2200 amps, it had no trouble starting her Ridgeline when the battery registered 11.2 volts and I expect it to work fine in most climates given its operating temperature range of -20 C to ~60 C. The cable lengths are about 11” for the positive and 8.5” for the negative giving a maximum spread of about 13” by the time you actually hook the alligator clips onto the terminals. The alligator clips feel about the same quality as my other jump starter, and I had no issues with their spring tension. The starter came with an 85 percent charge and took about 90 minutes to bring it to 100% using the USB C (5V3A) port. The unit does not come with a charger, so I used my iPad pro charger (the manual states that any charger that supports a USB cable should work fine). There are two other USB ports (both are output only), a USB 3.1 port (5V/3A, 9V2A, 12V/1.5A) that fast charged my Samsung phone, a USB 2.0 port (5V/2.1A), and a DC output (12V/10A) port. The unit comes with a USB B to USB C cable, a “cigarette lighter” adapter, and a nice carrying case. The USB C port can be used in either direction – to charge the jump starter (in) or to charge electronics (out). The LCD screen shows the current charge level when you turn it on, flashes the charging level when the jump starter is charging and shows the volts/amps when the starter is charging your electronics. The flashlight / SOS is about as bright as my phone light but more focused. The user manual needs a little work on the English, but it is passable. Overall, I found the unit of good quality and very versatile.

Who would've thought that battery chargers would get this versatile and handy? I am actually able to charge my own Macbook Pro with this as a well. The car charging cable is super short which is the only reason why I gave this 4 stars. Otherwise this thing fires up like magic!

This is one of those safety items that every car should have. Car batteries work great till they don't, and you're stuck out on the road someplace in the dark or the rain. Don't take that chance! So far I haven't had to use this charger but am confident it will power up my truck. This arrived as promised. The packaging was compact and tight - nothing was bouncing around in the box. Inside the box is the zipable package with all the parts, and it's small enough to tuck into a corner, or even under some seats. Inside the package the charger unit is on one side and a soft flap keeps it in place. The other side has a mesh protector, holding back the cables, lighter charger, and USB-C cord. Instructions are included, and in a plastic holder to keep it dry, if necessary. The unit feels solid, with nothing rattling or shaky. It had 67% charge when received, and is currently charging - now at 72%. The charging percentage indicates flashes to show it is charging. The cables are short, but sufficient to reach both terminals of a battery. They are solid, with strong clamping power. All-in-all I'd say this is worth the price, and is a valuable safety device for travelers and commuters.

I use it for the first time. And the way I heard she'd be the best but when I used it the first time? On the second time will not work with out at all for that reason. I do not recommend it. And I tell you don't buy it. It's not where it is. Add all to me. It is be socrap for overpriced This the jump box I tried to use it the first time I will not work a show. Fully charged, but does not jumps. Down the car. This product with the price is not worth a penny. More and this product garbage, do not buy it. For any reason, you can find something a lot cheaper. Can time work better than this device? My recommendation, don't ever buy it, and this is garbage

I had been considering purchasing a jump-starter for quite some time and finally decided to grab this one after noticing all of the advertised features. My truck battery and lawn mower battery have been getting weak and I needed something to make sure I’d be able to get either started in a pinch. The ability to charge USB devices and the built in light were major bonus points for this charger. The zip-up storage case is durable and well built. The construction of the charger is durable and well engineered. No issues whatsoever starting the lawn mower OR truck even with 60% battery on the starter itself. I’ll be scooping up another one of these in the near future to keep in my wife’s car in case of emergency!
