The material looks and feels substantial and fits my 2005 Highlander's roof rack rails like a glove. The product arrived in good packaging, but without any instructions. The installation is tricky and personally, I think the best way to install them is jamming the cap in from a "down-and-forward direction". For instance, if you want to install a cap for the rear rail, standing on a chair and place the cap on the top of the exposed rail and use your body weight to slide the cap down and forward at the same time toward the front of the car. ... show more
