CONCLUSIONS: This is a jacking accessory that I wish I had tried to bring to market. I've made wooden blocks that look like this, but I've always been afraid that they would split under pressure. So, cheers to whoever brought these blocks to market. 100% recommended as a strong, durable way to safely rest the undercarriage rails on jackstands or to pad a rolling jack. 100% recommended. FEATURES: Made of a very durable and flexible rubber. The shape should fit any flat-topped or lipped jackstand that has a 3" resting area. There is a slot cut through the center that will accommodate the welded flange that runs along the undercarriage. BONUS TIP: You can use a large rubber band inside the slot crossed over itself to make two loops to go over the lips of a jackstand and hold itself in place (See photos). TESTING: I tested for fit on standard jackstands and they fit perfectly (and without movement by adding a rubber band to fix the position). To test for strength and durability, I placed on pad between metal plates beneath a 6 ton hydraulic press and applied maximum pressure. (Yep, I tried to squish it.) There was a slight deformation of the side walls while under pressure, but it returned to shape when removed from the press. That's waaaaay more weight than you will ever be able to put on one of these pads. Not a problem to be found with these pads. These are going into my trunk with the tire changing/roadside emergency tools. I expect they will serve well in and out of the garage. I'm glad I ordered them. ... show more

These jack blocks seem to be made of a polyurethane type material which was machined to shape. I have used them on a few different vehicles with the thin seam weld as jack points. These work very well and are extremely strong. The size of these blocks are perfect for my floor jack and fit inside of the jacking plate with the rubber pad removed. These are an excellent investment for people that wish to protect their car while working on them. The blocks also add stability to the jack point which, is a nice bonus. ... show more
