This thing is a complete waste of money and time. I used to have a small hand held travel steamer that made more steam than this piece of junk! Badly made, the floor cleaner/pad holder barely holds the pad in place, the water reservoir is tiny, and on the highest setting the steam output is pathetic. Sending it back. ... show more

I was kind of surprised that it did a pretty good job on my linoleum flooring and a very heavy traffic area. Setting it up was easy, and heated up pretty quickly. They have as you can see in the pictures there's quite a few attachments for whatever steaming job you might have. It worked great on my linoleum flooring like I said, and today I'm going to use it on the car seats. The fact that he could break down and you can make it more portable that way is an added plus for the Steam mop cuz you're just not limited to your floors like I said I started to do the car seats yesterday I liked what little bit I had done it got up a lot of the stuff that I thought wouldn't come up but just with a little elbow grease and the steamer it did a pretty decent job it felt like it was getting too hot so I just turned it off and let it cool down for about 5 minutes and then started back up again and it seemed to work just fine after that. If you're looking for a steam mop that you can use on other things besides flooring I definitely recommend this one. ... show more

Easy to use. Just fill, plug in and go. Multiple attachments are useful for different projects. Even on my especially stained carpets this was able to get some of the spots out. (though this is no substitute for a professional carpet cleaning). My only complaint is the pretty small water tank that only holds about 10 ounces of water. Surprisingly, you'll still get about 15 minutes of cleaning depending on the steam level used. So its not bad for small projects. ... show more

    • Super lightweight, highly stylized and effective
The media could not be loaded. I consider myself a bit of a steam mop expert. I have at least five steam mops at home including a Bissell 1940, an older Shark model, 2 H2O mops and a variety of other mops including a high-end German one. Mostly I use the Bissell steam mop and the Crosswave non-steam vacuum/mop. I do a lot of mopping with three large dogs who dig and swim. This mop has some really nice characteristics. The mop itself is simple to assemble out of the box. It is a lovely soft green colour, has TikTok worthy design, is super light weight, has a long cord, easy to attach mop pads (flat with Velcro on the back), easy-to-fill reservoir and a very flat rectangular-shaped mop head that fits nicely into corners and under furniture. None of the steam mops I have used are as flat as this one or get under things as well. It has three steam levels though I only ever use high. While you do see steam coming from the mop head, it leaves only the lightest layer of water on the floor. I just finished cleaning a large wood floor and it dried really really quickly. That is a very nice feature. Most of the mops I’ve used leave a lot more water on the floor and take a lot longer to dry. I was able to clean a large area with just one fill of the reservoir though it’s very easy to refill with the included adorable plastic water cup. The cord is long, but the area I cleaned was large and I needed to move it three times. I didn’t notice any wait time for the mop to be ready to use. My Bissell takes a minute or two to get started. There were spots on the floor and the mop had no trouble removing them. There are a lot of attachments that come with the mop which can be used without the pole and mop head. I’ve usually found these handheld steamers too heavy to use comfortably (and hence I have a canister steamer too). Though I haven’t used it yet, I know the fact that this steamer is so lightweight, it will be much more pleasant to hold. The sole issue I see is that the three little lights that show the steam level are tiny and difficult to see in bright light. I am ready to get rid of most of my mops, but will keep this one. ... show more

    • Ok but with limitations...
The steamer works relatively well on hard floors but since it does not have a vacuum component it will not work when dirt needs to be picked up. It’s best use would be for finishing a cleaning job. I tried using it to clean carpeting but did not seem to do much other than leaving the carpet damp.

This is a much more versatile cleaning tool than I expected. It is a complete set with multiple attachments for all kinds of steam cleaning. It comes with a measuring cup for adding water. I used a small sharpie to darken the raised markings to make them easier to read. The reservoir holds a little over a cup of water which provides an amazingly long stream of steam. It begins making steam very quickly. It has two sections of wand that can be added for floors and carpets. For cleaning furniture, I found it easier to omit the wand sections. With the various shapes of brushes that can be attached, there is one for virtually every use. I cleaned up the artificial wood planking on our floors where our dog had drooled. These marks did not come up with damp mopping but the steamer did very quick work of removing them. I even used this on our concrete walk to remove stains and it did a thorough job. I cleaned windows (outside) with it and even ran it across some of the vinyl siding on our house. Very impressive, this a a professional grade tool.
