This thing was missing the grey middle piece that connects the upper handle to the lower pole of the mop, and the steamer wasn’t working correctly. I had a Bissell, but it finally stopped working. I bought this one, it being less expensive, but thinking it would still be acceptable. My advice: spend the extra money and get the Bissell! My main complaint with this one, is that the cleaning pads don't make contact with MOST of the bottom of the stream cleaner, so there are only a few strips on the bottom that actually put any pressure on the floor to clean. The only reason I didn't send this back, is someone in the house threw the original box away. I've added a photo of the cleaning pad after i cleaned to show what i mean - that not enough contact is made with the floor to clean well. ... show more

Beware. This is not the mop you received when purchasing. I received a gray mop that has a cord (it seemed to look like this one was cordless) and it does not come with washable pads. It comes with (3) disposable pads. I would not recommend purchasing since it is clearly not what you receive. The one that I did receive is okay but not great. It will work for now but I know I'll have to replace in a year or less. I guess it's a good thing I didn't spend too much on it. ... show more
