Ok so for starters, I just entered my third trimester in my pregnancy and I was on the hunt for a pregnancy pillow. I bought one, and unfortunately had to return it because it just wasn’t serving it’s purpose and was extremely hot! So I started looking for a regular body pillow and stumbled on this one with cooling side feature. Oh my goodness you guys!!! It is HEAVENLY to hug and throw your leg over, since being pregnant requires side sleeping. What I liked most about this type of body pillow is that I can use my regular pillow for my head which is a particular memory foam one for my neck issues. So it works out perfectly! My one and only complain is that I wish it came with some extra foam because it needed to be more firm for my personal taste. So I ordered more foam from another company, and move over hubby!!!! I had the "My Pillow" for the past few years but the support sucked. I wanted something that would remain cool, but support my head well. I'm a side sleeper, but also want something I can use as a backrest while watching TV. This pillow works really well, I gave four stars for two reasons - its a bit firmer than a normal memory foam pillow and I think something should be flawless if you give it 5 stars. Despite being a little too firm, it does a good job of remaining cool. Having two sides - a cool & a "normal" side is a really nice feature. You can use the normal side to lean against while watching TV (or if you do not want a cooler pillow side), then flip to the cool side to sleep. I expect I will be using this pillow for many years to come. ... show more

I like the size. I would like it more if it were more cooling like the pillows with the visible gel pad; however, those kind are too tall for me when I sleep on my back. I like that this pillow has the capability to remove some of the filling. I haven't done that, but I may in the future. Oh my gosh I had bought 7 sets of pillows before I found these pillows. I thought I was never going to find a comfortable pillow. With my previous pillows no matter the material or how expensive or cheap I woke up with a sore neck and back and didn’t sleep well. These pillows are good, not my favorite but still good. They are definitely thick, you can take out some of the stuff inside though and make them to be more your liking so that’s good.
