Honestly, the Milk Frother doesn’t work that well. It does create foam, but it’s not as smooth as latte foam—it’s more rough, and the foam separates from the milk. I heard the Nespresso Milk Frother is good, so I had high expectations, but it didn’t quite live up to them. However, I’m very satisfied with the Vertuo Pop+ machine itself. I’ve been using it almost every day for a little over a year since I bought it, and it works perfectly without any issues. The quality is excellent. The usage is also very easy and intuitive. Press the button once, and coffee comes out; press it three times, and it does an automatic cleaning. I use the automatic cleaning mode about once a week, and small coffee grounds come out sometimes. Visually, I’m very satisfied. The pressure from the machine is stronger than I expected, so there’s a bit of vibration and noise. I placed two small ketchup condiment packets under the platform where the cup sits, and that stopped the cup from vibrating. It seems like if you adjust the height and place something under it, that should solve the issue. Overall it’s easier to manage and use compared to a home espresso machine.

Got this on sale for Black Friday and I am so happy with my purchase. It is compact ao it doesn’t take up too much space but it still looks so good on my bar/coffee cart. It’s super easy to use and it pulls the coffee/espresso perfectly. One of my favorite parts is that it has a little trap on the side that holds the used pods until you need to throw them away. The quality for the price is perfect.

We love our Nespresso, especially because it makes both coffee and espresso. We replaced our Keurig with this, and will never go back. Keurig coffee tastes watered down to me after having the Nespresso coffee! Only downside is the loud noise it makes when you pop down the lid to brew - something to be mindful of if you have a sleeping baby nearby!

I really do love this. The quality is good, durability, the aroma of the coffees is amazing, and the flavor is wonderful. One must really love espresso if you decide to choose it – as it is more potent than most! I have some espresso cups from Europe, and the espresso pods fill the smaller espresso cups. It is a very strong espresso! If there’s one thing that I could change about the machine, it is that the stand that holds either an espresso cup or a smallish mug, does not allow for a large enough mug to hold the pods that make 12 ounces of coffee and crema. If I want to add frothed milk, I can’t. It will spell. This coffee is so much better than regular coffee pots, and it is significantly better than the “popular one” that that’s been around for 20 years. The pods are expensive in my opinion, but that still is at minimum, five dollars less expensive than going to the local fancy drive-through. I must have a 12oz mug when making the sweet cream, vanilla, hazelnut, caramel, etc. coffees. Either the crema, and space for frothed milk, I must have a larger mug. I am honestly still figuring out the mug size! Yes, the machine does become noisy with a rattle as it forces the steam into the smallest pod. Despite the noise, the aroma and flavor are such a delight. This is the honest truth, I enjoy my mornings more when I walk into the kitchen and see this pretty machine (I got the one with the gold trim.) and enjoying every step of the process, especiallyknowing that I will sit down and enjoy every drop!
