It makes a yummy latte in mere minutes - and the accompanied milk frother makes each drink a unique and exciting experience. It works exactly as advertised, and although I needed to watch a video or two to get me going, I learned how to make these amazing coffees in no time at all. Also, I love the enclosed kit for making my own pods from the used pods. So for me it is also very economical as well. The 12 bonus pods that came with my unit are wonderful and allow me to explore a little bit the world of espresso! Oh I love my new Pop Up Nespresso..my first Nespresso was the Pixie 13 years ago!! I travel with ..next I have the Grand Lattissama ..still working !!it was time to downsize so along came my Vertuo Pop !! So cute…fits under my kitchen cabinets..I got the white and the frother.. the coffee is better .. so many choices of flavors ..the coffee is delicious perfect temperature .. I got the smaller water container and that is also just right!! It is easy to fill and the water is always fresh! “pop”is a perfect gift for students ..and others ..when I travel my pop will go with me. I cannot be without Nespresso coffee.. so spoiled.. ... show more

I’ve been so impressed by this machine. So fun. Pods are expensive but coffee is legitimately good—way better than Keurig. The milk frother kind of works….for the price and what it is, it’s fine. Don’t expect the froth to last. But at the very least, it warms your milk so that’s something.

I didn't think I'd ever want one of these, but after visiting a friend who made me a couple of espresso drinks with theirs, I gave in when it was on sale during Black Friday. It functions great and is easy to use, no messes and only needing to rinse out the frother after use is really nice! However, I very much dislike Nestle as a company and reduced a star because of that, and because the pods cost so much and should be reusable instead of just recyclable. I do appreciate, however, that they do send you bags to recycle the pods, but only if you make purchases through their website! I wish the frother could heat up the milk just a touch hotter. The frother will not allow you to push the button a second time to make it hotter, it will turn off almost immediately. I have been making homemade banana syrup with real bananas and this has been such a delicious treat in the early afternoon! Amazing how well banana pairs with espresso! ... show more

The media could not be loaded. HATE IT!!! First it is not compact. It takes a little less space than my keurig k40. NOTHING like Nespresso's older version original pixie. I thought I upgrade, got this clunky thing. Downloaded their app, yes it pairs fairly well but does NOTHING after. You press option to control temp and volume, to find No option for changing temp. just Volume so I did, NOTHING .. Check youtube of how many complain coffee is not warm enough, n see hacks of how to get around this n the hacks?! "warm your cup" like seriously???!!! nothing like their old original machine.. and BTW to open and close this piece of .. You have to really press, use 2 hands nothing like what they show on their website "one hand turn the handle" . I ordered 2 one for me n one for my sister.. returning both.. there must be a better more user friendly thing out there that actually produces hot (not looking for scolding hot, just "normal") coffee/ espresso. Oh and what's up with the pod sizes n their different names??? really??? you need a degree to navigate this. If you are desperate, have King kong strong big hands, love your coffee luke warm or willing to spend extra time back n forth to a microwave to warm your coffee and have a LOT of spare time to learn what each pod name means or have bionic eyes to read the volumes you 'll get in your cup, plus love to clutter your phone w yet another useless app, go for this piece of crap. ... show more
