I've been drinking Nespresso coffee for 14 years and have experience with a number of Nespresso machines, including the Vertuo Next machine. I can say without a doubt that this VertuoPlus machine is the best of the lot. Not only is it the easiest to use (tap the silver bar to open and close the top), it is also the quietest machine of the group (i.e. it doesn't sound like a 747 taking off). MUCH quieter than the Vertuo Next machine. It also makes the best coffee with the finest crema on top. I love my Nespresso machine! The first one I purchased had a leak. The return process was very easy and I got my new one within a couple of days. This one works perfectly, no leaks. The flavor, aroma, and taste are superior to the Vertuo Next Machines I have owned for the past 2 years! And, it's easier to use because the machine has automatic open and close. Hotter coffee is yet another benefit. Do yourself a favor, toss your Nespresso Next machine, and buy this. Bravo!
