Love this unit as it is used daily. Cleaning is easy and the flavors they have available are great. Only 2 minor complaints. First being the size the coffee. Not all caps are the same. Second would be the cost. Not the cheapest coffee around but less expensive as compared to going out and buying coffee. Doesn't take up much counter space. Still rating it overall 5 stars.

The Vertuo Next Deluxe Dark Chrome by Breville edition is by far a the most disappointing upgrade from the VertuoPlus Deluxe Silver by Breville edition that I just gave away ever. This machine feels and looks and feels like a cheap replacement compared to the other machines I have purchased over the years. The VertuoPlus Deluxe was an amazing machine, a gorgeous design, a large water capacity you could adjust to the right or left depending on where you are displaying it in the kitchen. The Vertuo Next has a ridiculously small water capacity, if you make to 2 to 3 large coffees you must refill the machine and because the designed with the dispenser it in the back of the machine it is hard to access if you have it flush with your kitchen counter. The overall depth of the Vertuo Next and is way too long now, overall, it is an extremely poor design. The nicest feature on the VertuoPlus Deluxe is the one touch electronic opener, it was a great upgrade from the Origional Vertuo Chrome. The new Vertuo Next you must force it right or left to open or close it and it is exceedingly difficult to operate it, you must hold the unit down which mean putting your fingerprints on the chrome to hold the machine down to open or close it. In fact, my wife is having trouble opening or closing it at all, so it is very frustrating for her. The new pod dispenser on the Vertuo Next is also horrible, when you open the top of the machine it dispenses the old pod into the pod trash container and unlike all the other machines, when it dispenses the pod excess coffee also drips into the pod trash container. I did not realize that until I went to empty the pod trash container and coffee spilled all over the place. Lastly the Vertuo Next is the loudest machine ever, and that really is disappointing and when it is making the coffee the froth the machine generates starts breaking down before the coffee even completes preparing. I decided to upgrade and purchased this machine because of the new Carafe Pour-Over that I was so looking forward to it. Unfortunately, this is my second day of ownership, and I have not even tried the Carafe yet but with all the functional and quality issues with the new Vertuo Next, I am not sure what to do. I gave my VertuoPlus Deluxe Silver by Breville to my sister-in-law because she loves coffee but now, I feel like I have an inferior cheaply made product that I would never in a million years though Nespresso would ever create. The Nespresso coffee is superior to anything out there besides going to a barista and the brand has always been first class, I feel like I might need to reconsider my position.

I love this machine for it's simplicity ND USER FRIENDLY FUNCTION. Just pop in the flavor and cup that has the amount you want in. I am a old head with my percolater but for my evenings.. this easy to use, no mess no grounds no nonsense. Flavorful so extra stuff is optional. Espresso is really good and all you need. More time for more water.

Very disappointed with how my product arrived. It was shipped in a large, flimsy outer box labeled as a “discreet box,” with very little protective packaging inside. When I removed the machine from the outer box, the actual Nespresso box was already damaged. Unfortunately, the machine itself has a small crack, which takes away from the sleek, classy look I was going for. That said, after two days of use, the machine itself has been working well. I’ve been a Nespresso fan for about a year but never had my own setup until now. It comes with a small variety pack, which is nice if you want to sample different pods. I’m more of an espresso drinker, so I personally wasn’t a fan of the coffee pods, but that’s just preference. The machine is relatively quiet, heats up quickly, and performs well overall. Despite the packaging issues, I would still recommend the product itself if you’re looking for a coffee and espresso machine.

The seller is one of the most attentive and most friendly sellers that I have ever dealt with. The product itself is the well known, Nespresso (Vertuo Next in the in case), and it comes with its own mostly pluses and a few minuses. However the seller was absolutely fantastic in dealing with an earlier order problem (not reply their fault), and taking care of my questions and needs in the most timely fashion. Thank you, seller! I mentioned a few minuses regarding the product (Nespresso Vertuo Next). The fact that the machine choses the size automatically and does not allow at least partial re-use of a pod that has been used to make coffee, makes it difficult to look for perfect level of intensity and flavor. I have an Original too and am more happy about this aspect of that machine. In any case, the m machine that I bought from this seller is clearly authentic, less expensive, and I clearly feel in good hands. JH

FRAUD COMPANY, Totoro! Be carful. I received a Nespresso machine with the sticker label peeled off, not thinking they would sell me an open box. Well! Joke was on me, the machine did not work. I returned the machine and I was told that wrong item was received. How? You sent it to me, claiming I switched machines. How? So now I’m out $208+. But wait, there’s more. When I emailed them directly asking what’s going on, their response was harassing me. They said to hide the machine from the cops when they show up to my house. Bring them, I don’t have it, Totoro does and they are holding my money too. I spoke to Amazon customer service and they said that the company has to respond within 48 hours. I said they were harassing me and no one cared. The company responded that the case is closed and that Amazon cannot help me. So warning to all. Do NOT order anything from Totoro, third party sale. I guess that was my mistake for trusting a third party.
