I bought this machine used "like new" with the aerocino and welcome capsules all for $120 and I must say it was the best investment ever. The nespresso verturo was exactly what I needed: coffee shop quality coffee. Smooth flavor and strong in caffeine. Between me and my fiance, we have been spending at least $40/week buying coffee out, so this machine and frother will pay for itself in the matter of just three weeks. On top of the taste and economy, it is easy to use. With just a press of a button, the coffee brews and the used capsule is ejected - so no more needing to remember to throw out the used capsule immediately. EASY FIX IF YOUR MACHINE DOES NOT PUMP WATER: I was alarmed when my nespresso would not pump water for the first use. So, I watched videos on YouTube to solve the issue. The issue is an air lock in the water valve after the machine has not been used for a while or perhaps new from the box. The first thing I tried was filling the water tank with a cup of water and obtaining a zip lock bag. I filled the zip lock bag with air and pressed it into the water tank to create pressure to release the air lock. Second option I tried, which worked for me is I placed the water tank halfway onto the intake valve and pressed the brew button. When it started the brew cycle I pressed it down. At that moment I saw air bubbles form. So, I did that a couple times and it voila it started to brew! Hope that helps! Check out YouTube if anything 😊

⭐️ Very Disappointed — Machine Broke After Only Four Months I am extremely disappointed with this Breville Nespresso machine. After only four months of use, the machine broke, which is completely unacceptable for a product at this price point. Unfortunately, the problem didn’t end with the machine breaking. The return and customer service process has been an absolute nightmare. Amazon referred me to Breville customer service. After spending 45 minutes on the phone with them, I was directed to Nespresso customer service. I then spent an entire hour on the phone with Nespresso customer service trying to get the issue resolved. What I found particularly frustrating was being asked to use the camera on my phone so the representative could visually inspect the broken machine and test the product to verify that I was telling the truth about what was wrong with it. After already explaining the problem and spending an hour trying to get a return processed, this felt incredibly inconvenient and unnecessarily difficult. I expected much better quality from Breville and, at the very least, a straightforward customer service experience when the product failed after only four months. Instead, I’m left extremely frustrated and disappointed. I would not recommend this machine based on my experience.

It was a little frustrating at first, but quick tip- It pours out the serving to the pod size and if you want to make the cup fuller you have to hold down the button with the cup image on it until it's the level you want.. The downside to this is your coffee Might come out watery because each pod size only holds so much coffee. The largest pod produced the most liquid. I measured it in a measuring cup. Then the frother didn't work at first because I saw the frothing mechanism in there but I did not attach it to the knob inside, I just thought it was already attached. I don't know...my bad. Also, the top fill line of the frother is milk.The bottom line is froth.If you put too much milk , it will not froth It will just heat the milk. I did read the manuals last night when I received it for both the frother and the nespresso machine. They come separately but I misplaced the frother manual so I had to check YouTube because I couldn't figure out why the milk wasn't frothing and the machine wasn't filling up my cup full of delicious coffee. My cappuccino machine is the same way. You have to refill the coffee 3 or 4 times because I like a lot of cappuccino But the machine only fills a couple ounces at a time. I will still use my cappuccino machine because I'm just going through too many pods getting the liquid amount I like. Also, if you go to the Nespresso website, it's cheaper than ordering pods on here,especially Starbucks pods.

So I bought this thing as a Christmas gift for my wife about a year ago in 2023. She absolutely loved it. It worked for the whole year and even into this year up until we moved into our new place and all a sudden it didn't work anymore. It just kept blinking red. After googling we found out it needed to go through descaling. So we got what we needed to do so and set it all up only for it not to work. My wife upset gave up telling me to throw it out if it's broken. However, as a Maintenance man, I cannot just throw out something that I can tell is trying to work without trying to fix it first. Especially since i could hear the pump tring. So i continued my attempt to fix it. I tried literally everything. Nothing worked until I took the whole machine and ran some water through the top head of it to clean out of some old coffee residue and I had ran a super tiny straw brush through the back where the water was supposed to go through and some nasty crap came out. After that and some drying it finally ran through the descaling cycle. Other than this we have had no issues. It's a great machine for what it is. Only 4 stars because we never received anything stating it would need to be descaled after some time. We didn't even know that was a thing until this happened. This is our first nespresso machine so we had no idea would have been nice to receive some sort of pamphlet or something ya know

How do I explain a machine that I love more than anything else in this house? I bought it because my son has one and kept talking about it. I didn’t even realize the importance of the Aeroccino. From the first cup (with Aeroccino frothed and heated milk) 3 months ago to the cup I just finished- I’m in love. It’s truly the best coffee I’ve ever had. It’s easy- push the button, wait a few seconds, be patient, and it starts pouring out. The Aeroccino takes 90 seconds and the Next takes 60, if I recall correctly, so I get the milk going first. The main thing is to wait for that initial pause and not keep pressing the button. It takes a second to start. The coffee taste- I had 2 huge packs of Starbucks ground coffee and decided to try to use it up a few weeks after I got the Nespresso. I made one pot of brewed coffee, the stuff I used to drink every day. I threw out the whole cup and whole pot of it after one sip. Never going back! The Nespresso has spoiled me. The coffee is SO GOOD and having the steamed/frothed milk makes every cup seem like a latte. I usually get my pods through Nespresso because I like to choose my own (usually Odacio and Stormio) but I’ve gotten bundled packs from Amazon, too. Never, ever going back to brewed coffee in a pot. This is the life. Truly the best coffee I’ve ever had. Do not confuse this with the brown water that comes out of a Keurig! Totally different technology, totally different coffee and taste. This is better than a Starbucks latte or any latte I’ve had from an independent coffee shop. If you don’t use the Aeroccino (which btw is like $100 on its own, so you’re really getting a good deal with this bundle pack) you still get the crema on top but the coffee is not as hot when you add cold milk. And it’s not as fun. Use the Aeroccino! It seems like it would be a pain to make each individual cup but it’s not, it’s a ritual. Get this product! I love it. No problems with leakage or anything else. A-100 rating.
