    • Chain oiler does not work

I am a professional logger with lots of experience and I tried multiple different chains and bars, but I cannot get enough oil to oil the bar. I adjusted it to the max, but the chain still runs dry and hot, and the hole keeps plugging up. There has to be something wrong with the oil pump.

I ordered this saw and had it to my door in 4 days. It was simple to put together! No tuning straight out of the box. I ran 25/1 for break in. It's a great strong running saw. The pull start did begin to slip so I contacted Neotec and they reimbursed me for the new part within two days! It has been great ever since! Would highly recommend this saw and this brand! I waited to long to get a perplacment part. The chain should fit, it is like an inch to short. This chainsaw has ruined my tree cutting plans. Im literally sad. (The chain would fit the bar if there was no chainsaw involved)
