I purchased this saw to use in a bucket truck I recently acquired. Assembly was pretty straight forward. Added fuel & bar oil, pumped the primer bulb a few times, set the choke per instructions, thing fired right up first pull. Saw idled perfectly right out of the box and will cut through a 5" limb without hesitation. I was really impressed with how light it is and how easy it is operate one handed, ideal for bucket truck work. Added plus... my wife can start it and use it for trimming and brush management. The only bummer... I was hoping it would use 50:1 fuel:oil ratio as I have several other 2 stroke engines which use 50:1. However the saw came with a convenient little mixing container with clearly defined graduations for gas & oil and holds 2 tanks worth. They also include tools in a tidy little pouch. As stated I am now single because of this saw. The power of it is absolutely mesmerizing I remember the day I received it I couldn’t wait to put it together the quality is top notch once I got it I started using it and that’s all I ever wanted to do after that! Just use my saw I spent hours and hours just cutting down trees and my poor wife got lonely and found another man to fill that spot but what do I care I have this saw! Powerful and smoothness of cut is impressive definitely good for those around the house projects ... show more

The media could not be loaded. Super simple to tune and honestly is a good running little saw. The piston seems to be a rough cast so it looks a little crappy. The chain that came with the saw had a tooth that was never ground so it was square. And the saw constantly oils. So if you’re not cutting with it and its just running it’ll be spitting bar oil out. Other then these few minor issues the saw seems to be a great topping saw. For the price I was expecting some troubles. So all in all I’m not disappointed in the purchase but now the question is longevity. ... show more

Reported saw leaking gas thru carb or vent 3-3-24. Sent video of problem. Received new replacement 3-13-24 This was satisfactory service to me. Seems like an honest company that I would do business with again

The plastic throttle trigger broke after the first use. I have been unable to contact the seller for a replacement or refund. I was initially pleased with how it operated but when it broke right after I started using it, I was obviously pretty disappointed.

So my limb saw (Stihl) blew up so I wanted a nice, new, limb saw. Used this today for an hour and it ripped through some elm. It ran like a raged ape. I'm rather happy and once I go through 2 more tanks, I will change from 20:1 to 40:1. Great saw for the money for sure. It oils great and the chain that was included was rather sharp. Only minor negative is the oil and gas cap, kinda a pain to take off with standard screwdriver. Other than that, no issues yet. ... show more
