I needed a small lamp in a spot where it would be difficult to place a regular lamp, plus, I wanted something small and discreet. I took a chance on this and it's perfect. Keep in mind these are small - make sure you read the measurements because the pictures make them seem bigger. I attached this to the side of a book case, right by my sofa. I turn it on in the morning when I need a bit of supplemental light reading the news. It's perfect for that. It has three different brightness levels, and you can change how warm or cool the light is. Make sure you read the instructions to see how to change the color temperature. The swivel magnetic base is quite clever and works great. This charges with USB-C which I appreciate, but my high power charger does not work with it, so I have a lower power (cheaper) charger I use for this and it works just fine. I have a few other devices, like my electric toothbrush, that behave the same way, so I'm used to doing this.     • Nice Quality Wall Sconce
I received this through the Amazon Vine program. I wanted a small light to mount on my desk's hutch to give me better lighting for videoconferencing. The desk is black, so this small sconce seemed like a perfect match. It is very well made. The magnetic bracket is quite secure. I mounted the bracket on the desk with 3M picture hanging command strips rather than the included double sided tape and screws as I didn't want to damage my desk, and it is plenty secure. The light is a nice tone, with 3 levels of brightness. It charges via USB C. I have only had it a short time, so I can't speak yet to the battery, but I will update this review if it there is a problem. Easy installation, Adhesive strip glues the base to the wall, or you can use included screws. No wiring. The rechargeable light head attaches to the base magnetically. This is our seventh one. Others are over art works, over an end table, over a Lowery organ, and over the bed as reading lights; they are quite versatile. Bonus! Since these run off rechargeable batteries, they work even when the power is out. Since they are detachable, you can even use as a flashlight. The light is adjustable for color temperature (warm white to cool white) and brightness. This particular wall sconce has a pro and a con versus the others. The Pro is that it seems to be brighter than the others and is a better choice for a reading light. The con is that this is the only one that does not include a remote. ... show more

I love this little thing. Super easy to put up. It is pretty bright for as small as it is. I use it to give me light in my closet area and it works wonders. The magnet holds the light on the bracket just fine and the mounting tape is strong enough to hold both up

It's not going to provide excessive light to light up a room, but if you are looking for lights to put above art work, pictures, a reading light, or another small area it is fantastic.
