I bought two different bras to see if they would help with my back, and I was satisfied with both purchases. I don't know if this bra will help with posture correction in the long run, but it does help keep this ladies in place and give you a straighter posture when you have it on. I love this bra. The coverage is great. It fits exactly where it should on me. The front closure is so easy to operate. The only complaint I have is the closure tends to twist during wear. I have several and will continue to purchase these. The price is reasonable and the colors are perfect.
