It is a great saw for great price. It took several pulls to start it at first. I may have flooded it. After that, I stopped and started it about 5 times on the first pull. I bought it with a 36” bar to cut up a large cotton wood tree about 42” in diameter that had fallen. Cut through it with plenty of power.

I am a professional logger with lots of experience and I tried multiple different chains and bars, but I cannot get enough oil to oil the bar. I adjusted it to the max, but the chain still runs dry and hot, and the hole keeps plugging up. There has to be something wrong with the oil pump.

I waited to long to get a perplacment part. The chain should fit, it is like an inch to short. This chainsaw has ruined my tree cutting plans. Im literally sad. (The chain would fit the bar if there was no chainsaw involved)

I ordered this saw and had it to my door in 4 days. It was simple to put together! No tuning straight out of the box. I ran 25/1 for break in. It's a great strong running saw. The pull start did begin to slip so I contacted Neotec and they reimbursed me for the new part within two days! It has been great ever since! Would highly recommend this saw and this brand! If I need another saw it will definitely be a Neotec!

I'd give it 5 stars, but the bar tensioner already broke. Otherwise it's good. It has the power I need and I have been pleased.
