I ordered this chainsaw on Wednesday because it said it would be delivered on Friday. Friday came and it didn’t arrive. Saturday, no saw. Sunday, no saw. I contacted customer support and they said that they would give me a refund. I still wanted the saw though. So after about a week it finally arrived. Customer support allowed me to get a refund and still keep the saw. Now for the saw review. At first glance it was very cheaply made. I had to install the chain, bar and side cover. The side cover didn’t fit correctly and it was a pain in the neck to get it on. I mixed the gas accordingly and gave it a few pulls and it started up. I’m usually pretty hard on equipment so I wasn’t expecting much. I cut a ton of wood with it. Probably 8 facecords and it worked flawlessly. As of now, I’m pleasantly surprised. However due to the amount of plastic used, I expect breakage in the future. Especially where the chain adjustment is. It is all plastic. The saw has plenty of power. It starts up no problem. I also expect to be adjusting the carburetor in the future. The last time I ran it, it died twice on me. The problem was that the gas cap is not vented properly and it created a vacuum. If you’re looking for a cheap saw to use as a backup (for when you make mistakes and get your saw stuck in a tree lol) I’d suggest getting it. If you’re going to be hard on it, I doubt it will last long. However, if you get it for free like I did, you can’t go wrong.

Used two times ran perfectly. On the third time saw wouldn’t start then when trying to start something in pull cord broke and won’t retract. Very disappointing really thought it would be a good saw.

Great saw plenty of power the only draw back I've found is the odd number of drive links(76) that I can't seem to source locally but I ordered online from saw works other than that I'm very happy with how it performs

This was the 3rd chainsaw we purchased, trying to find one that worked. I was sceptical because it was so much less money than the rest. But an article named this one the best, so we searched it and gave it a try. We are so glad we tried it because it has been so reliable and perfect for cutting up all our trees. Starts the first time and works great.

This is a two part review. Part 1 is assembly, which covers parts and instructions. Part 2 will be starting and running. I have completed assembly, and as a very mechanical minded male, I will say, the instructions are next to worthless. Typical China approach. The manual measures about 5" x 7". The accompanying pictures are about half the size of a postage stamp! To make matters worst, the quality of the printing is awful. It looks like a copy of a copy of a copy, until the text is hard to read and the pictures are unreadable black blobs. If I wasn't mechanical, I'm not sure I would be able to assemble the saw. In addition, my instructions called for a paper gasket which was not supplied. Again, it didnt appear to me this gasket was critical, mechanically speaking so I completed the assembly. Someone not familiar with assembling equipment would hit a wall until reaching customer support. BTW, I went on line and looked up the manual and sure enough, the instructions for the paper gasket was removed. No improvement on the text or graphics however. So, the saw is assembled but I can't start it as it doesn't come with 2 cycle oil or chain oil. The quality of the saw itself seems fairly good. More about that when I get the oils I need. If it works as good as it looks I will add stars since that's what I bought it for.

This is an initial unboxing and assembly of the NCS6200 chainsaw. The first thing that would be worth the time would be to rework the manual for an English speaking audience. It is not completely bad, but just a little time would help significantly to change the errors and make it easier to understand. There is really no big assemble tasks. The only thing you have to do is to ”install” the anti kickback paw. The maintenance tools are included and a zippered pouch to store them in. The build seems to be good and the saw is well balanced centered only slightly forward of the handle. The assembly seemed tight and the bar seems heavily made to perform for a significant time. I don’t have time today to start up the engine, but I will update this after I get it started and use it a bit. This saw upfront seems to have excellent value for the price.

chain saw preformed good while it lasted, this is not my first neotech and this brand has impressed me alot but my unit trigger broke on the throttle, it has not throttle, i do highly recommend neotech brand, this model just wasnt for me,

Edited: NEO-TEC customer service has been phenomenal. The unit I received had some issues but still works and they went over the top to make things right. It's worth a shot for the price. Has good power and is way lighter than my Husqvarna. Original: I’ve used it 3 times. Initially it worked great annd started straight up. I even was bragging to folks about it and then the problems started. I the followed directions to a t - Only non-ethanol fuel, right oil ratio, husqvarna brand bar oil, etc. I usually run Husqvarnas and given the reviews was going to give it a try since it had more power for a similar weight to my husqvarna. Between 2nd and 3rd use noticed that it leaked bar oil everywhere and was becoming g harder and harder to start.
