I work and have to sit 10-12 hours per day, so it’s safe to say I need to be comfortable. I have bigger hips and a thicker bottom, so I need more cushion. I have gone through 4 chairs, and this one was the most comfortable seat yet! The padding isn’t stiff but not overly soft. I don’t get restless leg syndrome or that stabbing pain in my hips after sitting for 4 consecutive hours like I did with my last chair. The seat is wider for people needing more room; it is sleek, lightweight, but not cheaply made. The back is high, so your back can rest. Great steal too!

The media could not be loaded. I’ve had it for 3 years, and I still absolutely love it and recommend it to anyone. Everything, including the lumbar support, and hydraulics have held up! The cushion is still first, but soft, and the back of the chair is in great condition. If you want a stylish, and comfortable chair that’s affordable, I highly recommend this one. *note- my husband is 280lbs, and it did not support his weight if it was up. But he would still use it sometimes and just put it all the way down.

This is a very comfortable chair once you actually get the thing put together. Given, this is my first piece of furniture I've put together by myself, I recently graduated high school, so it could totally just be a me thing. I will say that the directions were very clear and the diagrams used made me think of legos because it had not words except for the part names, and then a picture explaining what to do with them. I loved that part, but some of the steps were finicky and hard to figure out alone. One being the wheels. They were supposed to just pop in, but the rod part of them had this little tiny ring around it with a section missing and you had to line up the missing section a specific way to get it to slide in, and figuring out the section was hard. I only realized that was the problem by chance when I was getting frustrated with it not working and over analyzed the pieces. But after you figured out stuff like that it wasn't too bad. Some of the screws had a very specific alignment and I'm not good with that either. But I will say that I love the actual chair so much! The colors match my room perfectly and it's so comfortable compared to the little stool I had for my desk before! I'd say the chair is definitely worth the money.

i use this as a school work chair in my room, it’s comfortable with plenty of leg space and the arm rests look uncomfortable but they’re not. it says in the instructions to not screw the arms on tightly but you need to or else the middle part where you lay your back against is going to pop off the arms and you’ll fall backwards haha. but putting it together was easy, it took about 5 minutes to put it together, the hardest part was putting on the wheels because you have to press on it super hard then turn the wheel for it to pop in, so just make sure you screw the arms in tight. but other than that it’s a good chair and with how expensive other chairs are this is worth the price (although all these other expensive chairs are not worth it, who wants to pay $150 for a friggin chair).

Big Warning: The looks of this chair can be deceiving. Assembly: The assembly is NOT easy, though the site claims that you can assemble it in 15 mins, it took me more than an hour because of the flimsy screws, the pathetic quality of Allen wrench and not to mention that the instructions were not super clear as well. They have just provided pictures of how the assembly should look in each step, but it would have been really helpful if they would have given more details about each step. The packaging comes with Wheels (5) , screws (divided into A, B, C) , washer (D) and an Allen wrench. I would expect each screw (i.e A,B and C) to be supported by washer (D) for better handling, but again here the instructions do not clearly show whether each screw should have Washer or not as there are not enough Washers as screws. So, I had to decide what part of the chair I can put the screw without the Washer, pretty bad from Customer perspective. Comfort: 1. After putting this chair into an assembled state, I sat on it for 30 mins and boy, what a uncomfortable Memory Foam seat this is. It looks so fabulous, but the seat is absolutely uncomfortable to sit for long hours. The main reason people order chairs these days is sitting long hours due to Work From Home, but this is definitely not your chair if you expect to sit 6-8 hours a day working. Again, depends on how heavy you are, I am 188 Pounds, but if you are super lightweight, it may be a different story for you. 2. Lumbar Support: The Lumbar Support is made of hard plastic, the moment I sat on the chair, it started pressing hard on my back hurting me more than supporting me. Pretty bad design, material choice by the manufacturer. 3. Arm rest - The Arm Rest is same as the Lumbar Support. Made of hard plastic, without consideration for any soft support OR wide enough to support multiple forearms, thus someone like me who is heavy, has a much bigger forearm then someone skinny. Thus, the arm rest hurts you as well. 4. Stiching - The Stiching on the seat is clearly visible, and thus an unpleasant thing to look at, though it doesn't make any issues while sitting All in All, this is bad chair for medium / heavy people and should stay away from it if you are looking for comfortable chair in these times of WFH.

Ordered this chair with high hopes even with some mixed reviews. The box came get disheveled with multiple holes with pieces of the chair sticking out. Nothing was damaged but the handles and bottom were scuffed. Bottom has 2 indentions that have not "formed" back to normal. Half of the holes don't line up with their counterparts. Chair is just overall bleh. Looks good in my office, is comfortable enough for me to keep it for about a year and then will have to replace, but is not the sturdiest/ most durable chair. Update - I've had the chair about 6 months now and the original review stands. Just wanted to add that the back liner / mesh has lost it form, and my lower back rests on the support bar. Can be very uncomfortable. The chair is also very squeaky - not sure if that was my doing when putting together or just the chair overall but definitely will be purchasing another chair soon in the coming months
