I needed a neutral desk chair as I work from home & I have a small place and wanted a chair/desk that can be put in a corner and it won’t be a focal point. The chair was super easy to assemble. Some of the wheels took some extra elbow grease to get in there but it’s totally doable. And after that, the big reveal happens. I sit in it. OMG! It is SO comfortable! It really is. Nicely padded on the bum area and the armrest. The back is some plastic like material that has a little give making it a great seat. I can’t think of anything negative to say. This chair checks off all the boxes in what I look for in an office chair. - Comfortable: consistently comfortable for 8+ hour days - Adjustable: height and backrest are adjustable; the armrest flips up - Moves Easily: smooth swivel and wheels, can be tilted backwards - Lumbar Support: mesh back that gives proper support and relieves pressure - Size: seat is sufficiently deep and wide enough, backrest is tall enough - Durable: well made and easy to put together, feels sturdy It’s also worth mentioning that I lost one of the bolts during assembly by accident.     • Good Chair Overall - One Serious Discrepancy

I gave this chair three stars for the following reasons. I start from a baseline of giving the chair the benefit of the doubt and it gets four stars. Nothing's perfect right, so five stars seems like a stretch. Build quality is nice, it's sturdy, it rolls well, and I enjoy the lumbar support. The one place it's not good for me is the arm rests. I'm the type of person that leans on my elbows on the arm rests and you can't really do that comfortably in this chair. The 'padding' on these arm rests is like 1/8" thick....maybe.......and it's hard plastic underneath. If you're resting your forearm on it, it's fine. If you rest the point of your elbow on it, it's super hard. Other than this one issue, no other complaints. ... show more

I've put together a lot of furniture over the years, including several other office chairs like this, but this has been one of the most difficult ones so far. The process is simple and easy to follow but it was impossible to get the holes lined up correctly in order to put the screws in. Even with two people we couldn't get the holes to align. Maybe it was just a problem with this chair, not all of this model, but I ended up returning the chair and purchasing one from Office Depot. It was cheaper and they put it together for me. This one was just not worth the time and frustration of assembly for me. ... show more
