Review Image by Youngseung Jeon Youngseung Jeon
I am happy to write a review for this chair that I recently purchased. This chair has exceeded my expectations in terms of both comfort and functionality. Firstly, the chair is extremely comfortable. The cushioned seat and backrest provide ample support for long periods of sitting, and the adjustable height and tilt mechanism allow me to find the perfect position for my body. I have noticed a significant reduction in back pain and discomfort since I started using this chair. Secondly, the chair is very sturdy and well-built. The materials used are of high quality, and the chair is designed to withstand daily wear and tear. I appreciate the attention to detail in the construction of the chair, as well as the ease with which it can be assembled. Finally, the chair is stylish and professional-looking, which is important for me as I work in a corporate environment. The sleek design fits in perfectly with the rest of my office furniture, and I have received several compliments on the chair's appearance. Overall, I am very satisfied with my purchase of this office chair. It has been a great investment in my health and productivity, and I would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable, durable, and stylish office chair. ... show more

I needed a neutral desk chair as I work from home & I have a small place and wanted a chair/desk that can be put in a corner and it won’t be a focal point. The chair was super easy to assemble. Some of the wheels took some extra elbow grease to get in there but it’s totally doable. And after that, the big reveal happens. I sit in it. OMG! It is SO comfortable! It really is. Nicely padded on the bum area and the armrest. The back is some plastic like material that has a little give making it a great seat. I can’t think of anything negative to say. It was a great purchase for me. And my coworker in the pic is Kitty. She makes sure I meet deadlines. ... show more

    • Solid choice for an office chair
Color: Beige
This chair checks off all the boxes in what I look for in an office chair. - Comfortable: consistently comfortable for 8+ hour days - Adjustable: height and backrest are adjustable; the armrest flips up - Moves Easily: smooth swivel and wheels, can be tilted backwards - Lumbar Support: mesh back that gives proper support and relieves pressure - Size: seat is sufficiently deep and wide enough, backrest is tall enough - Durable: well made and easy to put together, feels sturdy It’s also worth mentioning that I lost one of the bolts during assembly by accident. The NEO CHAIR customer service team responded within a day and sent me a replacement bolt kit which arrived as quickly as the chair did. Impressive customer care, I will be a returning customer. ... show more

    • Good Chair Overall - One Serious Discrepancy
Color: Grey
I gave this chair three stars for the following reasons. I start from a baseline of giving the chair the benefit of the doubt and it gets four stars. Nothing's perfect right, so five stars seems like a stretch. Build quality is nice, it's sturdy, it rolls well, and I enjoy the lumbar support. The one place it's not good for me is the arm rests. I'm the type of person that leans on my elbows on the arm rests and you can't really do that comfortably in this chair. The 'padding' on these arm rests is like 1/8" thick....maybe.......and it's hard plastic underneath. If you're resting your forearm on it, it's fine. If you rest the point of your elbow on it, it's super hard. Other than this one issue, no other complaints. ... show more

Color: Black
It is comfortable, the cushion thickness is not to soft nor hard, the high back is just right for me and I find it sturdy. Husband put it together in less than 15 minutes.

    • Holes did not align
Color: Grey
I've put together a lot of furniture over the years, including several other office chairs like this, but this has been one of the most difficult ones so far. The process is simple and easy to follow but it was impossible to get the holes lined up correctly in order to put the screws in. Even with two people we couldn't get the holes to align. Maybe it was just a problem with this chair, not all of this model, but I ended up returning the chair and purchasing one from Office Depot. It was cheaper and they put it together for me. This one was just not worth the time and frustration of assembly for me. ... show more
