This is one of the best purchases I lumbar support. My physical therapist advised I needed a chair with a high back and adequate cushion to remind me to sit strait with my shoulder blades touching the surface to prevent slouching as well as good cushion on my tush to preve presher ob the upper spine. This chair hits all points. This chair hits all points my PT specialist asked for. This is an increadible chair for the money. Since America manufacturers very little, I am quite sure unless they are made of real leather, those 200.00-300.00 chairs that looks just like this one are probably the same chair. The chair comes with instructions, that are easy to read, just don't jump ahead and put the cylinder that connects the chair to the wheeled feet on the chair first, it will make attaching and alignment if other parts cumbersome. Front, back, arms is the top order, then put extension legs together, wheels and cylinder on the wheeled legs. Attach top to bottom and your ready to roll...no pun on.words 😊. What truly makes the assembly easy is the screws are marked alphabetically on the package and on the directions so you know exactly where they go. Its a good fit for medium to tall heights as well as medium to heavy builds I weight 208 and it is a comfy fit. I can't remember if the weight limit was on this item, but most limits are around 245 lbs on this style of chair. If you are in doubt contact the seller. If they don't answer, don't buy. Plenty more of these of equal quality anf similar price with a available stats. The fabric does not have to be handled delicatley, but at same time you get what you paid for. This is not real leather so clean with a damp cloth only. No detergent of any sorts it will react and slowly (or quickly) degrade the synthetic (plastic or pleather if it makes you feel better). Dawn dish washing liquid my seem gentle if it gets dirty in the arm/head area. Dawn is designed to break down oil. Pleather is oil based. Over time it would soften your fabric leaving it open to tears. This chair is very sturdy, but remember this is not a 2000.00 Knoll. This chair is not designed for frequent weeeee spins by your children and definitely not the adult. The same for the constant manipulation of the arms.

Review After Swapping Out Chair Parts I am quite pleased with this chair now after getting the new base and lift pieces from the seller. Originally, I had issues with it being very wobbly, but after swapping out the parts with new ones, that seems to have been solved. Support was slightly slow, but once they started responding, the new parts shipped quickly, and they had solid instructions on how to swap them out. The chair itself seems decent. It's still very slightly wobbly, but more than stable enough for it not to be an issue. The construction is fine, and I prefer the metal legs to the plastic ones most chairs use. You do need to tighten the screws on those occasionally, they seem to come loose fairly often. The seat is nice and wide, and plenty deep so I am able to easily sit cross legged on the chair, even with the arms down. The seat cushion has a slight bit of "skin stickiness" I'm hoping will fade a bit over time. Overall, after support, its a solid chair for the price point, and I really like the wider, deeper seat it offers. It has plenty of space for different sitting styles. Original Review: 2 Stars If you don't have the chair locked in upright position, its INCREDIBLY wobbly at the connection to the chair. Seller also doesn't/is very slow to respond to support requests. Minus the wobbly base, the rest of the chair seems great, honestly, but the wobbly base makes it not a comfortable place to sit.

I love this chair, except for the damages from the beginning as shown in the photo; I was wondering if I should ask for an exchange, but I needed the chair immediately. I still would like to get an exchange, even just for the part, because these damages are huge and anybody can notice them. The chair is pretty, it doesn’t take too much space, and the delivery was fast. I spend most of the work time sitting, and although it may be early to tell, it seems a good buy. ETA: Amazon offers only "return" to solve the problem, so I contacted the company directly. Their customer service was great! Their response was quick, and they offered me a free replacement for the damaged part. It arrived safely, but the setback is that the replacement they sent was again not entirely damage-free - it was better than the original one, but there was still a damage on the arm, and I just wish the person who sent it could actually take time to look at the product they were sending. It was nice that I didn't have to go through disassembling and send the chair back, though. I've been using the chair for some time now, and it's a good chair!

It took me 30 mins to put together. It was super comfortable. The material is pretty good quality. The recline is perfect as well as the ease of being able to adjust the height. The screws were good quality as well. All in all for the price it’s an amazing chair. I’m a student and work remotely. And so far this has been the most comfortable chair I have owned.

Just put it together, took about 20+ minutes, parts went together extremely well. I found the instructions on the back of the chair when I was attaching it to the seat, so that's how easy it was to figure out. Extremely pleased with the height it will go up to, since I'm 6'3". Hope it lasts, looks pretty sturdy.
