This chair is great. I'm very glad there is no odor to it, and it's not too small. Pleather feels looks great. Not too hard or cushy. I am 250 lbs and it feels secure. However the casters roll well but not well when I'm sitting on it. They are a standard size so I traded the casters with another old chair and with my weight it rolls way better now. You will likely roll fine if you are under 180 lbs. It makes a quiet crunching sound when you lean back but nothing squeeky or annoying. So relaxing to tilt back and let my legs dangle! UPDATE: so sad to have to return this because I really liked it but maybe this one was defective. It wasn't sturdy, tilted from side to side and that got worse so I knew I couldn't keep it. The arms bend outwards too. Better to spend a little more. ... show more

Easy to assemble; half an hour and two beers. Could use clearer illustration as to which is the backrest and which is the seat, as well as the notation that force is required to attach the armrests to the backrest. But this is great value and the wheels are really fun to slide around on. Freaks out my dog, though. UPDATE: One day later I ordered another one. The chair is challenging to put together as you have short & long screws & the video doesn’t say which screws are for what. It took almost 90 minutes to assemble because of this.     • This might be the most uncomfortable chair I've ever owned

I am only 5'4" but this chair is built for a child. It strikes me mid-thigh in the seat and the arms are so short only my elbow can rest on them. I've owned it for three months and what little padding there was in the seat is shot. It doesn't rock back much, but that might be because it's so small.
