Printer is easy to setup and install label stock, No DRM on labels use any thermal Fanfold or Roll labels, Simple one button operation to calibrate label size if you change frequently. Works well printing from Cell Phone app via bluetooth and Computer via wired USB. Quick start card has QR codes that take you to short videos on how to set the unit up for each platform. Everything you need is in the box USB A cable, Thumb Drive with the drivers, USB C to USB A adapter if you have a modern machine with no USB A. Build quality and materials seem of decent quality like it might stand up to regular use.
