Shipped right away and was super easy to install…took maybe 30 minutes or so. The cord was also long enough for me to not use an extension until the very bottom (but I have standard height ceilings in this house). It feels and looks a lot more than what they cost. The media could not be loaded. This product is dope im not going to lie. Its really flexible on all conditions of work/home environment and Im overall pleased with the purchase. However for the remote there were no batteries and the instruction pictures and details could have been alot better.
