Neebol tattoo machine kit is a great fit for beginners, comes with 2 batteries which is definitely needed in a beginner tattoo kit , both batteries perform well and are easy to connect and disconnect to the machine, I got about 3.5-4 hours out of each battery which is pretty good, the buttons work well for adjusting voltage and accessing saved modes, The machine is a adjustable stroke machine which is very cool to see at this price point as it makes it very versatile machine, outlines shading color packing this machine can do it all . Comes with little bit of everything to get started so you can literally open the box and start tattooing, The machine is good size and fits in the hand well , some vibration when tattooing but nothing crazy, wrapping the machine was easy I do it in two parts that way can change stroke setting if needed, Overall I’d say great value for the money as it performs well for practicing and learning techniques and comes with everything you need to start .

I really like how much is included in this tattoo kit. It comes with the RT-03 tattoo pen, two rechargeable 2800mAh batteries, 20 cartridge needles, inks, practice skins, transfer paper, stencil gel, ink cups, gloves, pen sleeves, grip bandage, table covers, and other accessories. Having everything together makes it feel like a well-organized set, especially for practicing different techniques. One of my favorite features is the wireless design. The two removable batteries are convenient because I can keep one charged and ready while using the other. The advertised 8–12 hours of working time per battery is also helpful for longer practice sessions without having to deal with a cord. I also like being able to adjust the stroke length from 2.4 to 4.2mm. It gives me more flexibility to experiment with lining, shading, and color-packing techniques. The M1, M2, and M3 memory settings are another nice touch since I can save settings I use frequently and switch between them more easily. The all-aluminum body gives the pen a solid feel in my hand, and I like the black-and-purple finish. With the 20 included cartridges and practice skins, there are plenty of supplies to get started and try different techniques. Overall, this is a very complete kit with a good variety of accessories and useful adjustments built into the wireless pen.

This is a decent tattoo kit overall. The adjustable-stroke machine worked well for lining, shading, and color packing. I like the dark purple design, and the grip was extremely comfortable without being too large. Having two batteries included is another plus. The kit comes with a little bit of everything: cartridges, inks, stencil gel, wrap, practice skin, gloves, bibs, a foam dispenser, and some ink caps. The cartridges were fine, but the practice skin felt cheap. The black ink was decent, while the color inks didn’t impress me. My biggest complaint is the packaging of the gloves and bibs. They were loose in the box instead of being enclosed in their own protective packaging. That felt careless, and I would have preferred both to arrive properly wrapped. Overall, the machine is the strongest part of this kit. It performed well and felt comfortable to use, but the accessories are a mixed bag, and the packaging needs more attention.
