Honestly, I’ve been sleeping really well on this mattress. It’s supportive but still soft enough to be comfortable - kind of that perfect in-between feel. Update... I started the return process almost 3 weeks ago and the carrier that is supposed to pick it up will not email to schedule. The first time I was told that they would send a link and schedule but the firat carrier stated they do not pick up in my area. I keep contacting customer service with no luck and unable to get a refund until after the bed is picked up. This is absolutely ridiculous. The bed did soften up a little but had to purchase a topper until I can get a bed to sleep on. 2 days in and so far absolutely hard as a rock. I'm 130lbs and a side sleeper for reference and my husband is a stomach sleeper. I had to go buy a foam mattress topper and that did not help either. He said its fine for him but I'm not sleeping and get up with horrible back, shoulder and neck pain. I was so excited to get this new bed based on the wonderful reviews and splurged and got it. However a complete failure on my part. I went into a store and tried one out and it felt great so I ordered thru Amazon to get it here faster. It has been a complete disappointment. I'm going to try to give it a few more days and if it's not any better then I will be returning it. I review everything before I buy and so tired reviews never matching the quality of a purchase. I feel like I got some bad knock off in comparison to all the great reviews about this bed. I am searching for another bed already. ... show more

This bed in a box expands quicker than the time in the description. This was my first time trying a bed that came in a box but, I have to say its comfort of this mattress is phenomenal. The first night of use I had the most restful night of sleep that I had in a while. This bed is practically melatonin! My infant loves it too, the coils keep us both in place and not sinking in. I was hesitant about the buy but am so happy with my purchase now. It’s the perfect amount of firmness and contours to my body and weight nicely and alleviates my hip pain when side sleeping (im around 185lbs). It’s so supportive that I wake with no aches or pains and well energized for my day. I think it being a hybrid makes it a plus for comfort and support. I’m now sold on beds in a box, especially this brand. Would buy again when it’s time for new mattress. ... show more

Some reviews of these mattresses had me a little skeptical because I read a couple of crazy ones. But the majority of them were really good, so I decided to bite the bullet and buy one. I have been very very happy with this purchase. I got the hybrid 13" mattresses (springs and foam) and it's been great. Sleeps cool, quality seems good, fit my old box springs just fine, and it's very very comfortable. I'm a hot sleeper and some of the reviews had me worried, but I love it. Being shipped in the box was super convenient. I wouldn't hesitate to buy another one in the future. ... show more

I had been needing a new bed for a couple of years but always held off for fear of making a "bad" purchase. I work construction and push my body, I spent the last year waking up in pain every morning. I tested every bed in a mattress store and I couldn't get this one out of my head....Amazon's price was a little cheaper so I took the leap and purchased. BEST decision! For reference I am a 5'0 145lb-150lb woman and primarily a side sleeper, sometimes I like to sleep on my back but often find most beds make it too uncomfortable for me. This one hugs me in all the right places whether I'm on my side or back. I prefer a softer bed and was nervous about the Med-Firm but this one has been great, I feel totally supported without sinking in or feeling like I'm on a board. I would be happy if it was a little more plush but it has still been fantastic. It's got great support under hips/shoulders and the feeling I get when I lay down after a long day is second to none. Ive had it about 2 weeks now and I'm still excited to crawl into bed every night....on the weekends when I get to sleep in I don't want to leave it! If you needed something a little more firm the memory foam would probably be the better option, I had a Nectar memory foam years ago that was just a little too firm for me. I slept on it about 4hrs after opening as it inflated quite quickly. There was some off-gassing for the first few days but with the window cracked and an air purifier running it wasn't bad at all and I have not noticed any further odor. I haven't gotten a frame for it yet so it may feel a little different once I do, if after I get a frame I notice any major differences I will update my review. Overall this has probably been one of my favorite purchases and I feel like an absolute queen going to bed at night. It's got a luxurious feel for middle class price! ... show more
