I do like this neck fan, it seems to work well and I think I will keep it. It's good to cool your neck & face. I've left it on the low setting, mostly because the air flow is quite powerful! What I did find though is that it does feel like a weight around your neck and the air flow is so strong that it is drafty for your ears - feels like you're in a wind tunnel (& that's just on the lowest setting!) I can't imagine how you could wear this for too long. The idea is good, it is effective in this hot weather and is not a terrible price. It depends what you can tolerate.

It cools and works, but it's not as quiet as they say, and the battery doesn't last as long either. It does blow "cool," air to combat the heat, and that's it, but nothing that would set it apart from other similar items. It's not quite like it's advertised, and initially it's annoying, after a few minutes you'll disregard the fan noise and go about your business, but the second you notice it, it's difficult to ignore it again. The battery life doesn't last the 10 hours on 2nd speed. I fully charged it upon receipt and then left it running continuously on 2nd speed and it lasted 7h:32m, without the lights on before it died. I went ahead and fully charged it again and ran it on 2nd speed, again it lasted 7h 30 minutes. At $22, you get what you paid for. It's worth the price and can't really complain about, I would buy it again, but would encourage the seller to either do a better quality check on the battery life or fix their advertising.
