We just got it today, but we already used it on our tile floors in the kitchen and living room. Some hard to get off stains came right up. We also used a smaller attachment on our sofa and it worked well there as well. It is lightweight and easy to move around. The power cord is long enough to reach around decent sized rooms. The water tank seems small, but it actually lasts quite a while. I only filled up once in the first hour I used it. The steamer is good quality and comes with a handful of different attachments, I haven't used them all, but they are there if you want them. It’s got various parts and pieces and it would really be helpful to have some written instructions or at least a QR code to take me to something online.

    • Couldn’t stop cleaning once I started
Definitely a must have in the house, especially if you want to keep it smelling fresh and clean. Once I started, I couldn’t stop cleaning. It does the job like a breeze, my house sparkling and smelling so good when I was done. I am glad I got this product, especially at a reasonable price.

The media could not be loaded. Waited two weeks for it just to get it and no water or steam coming out but a god awful loud noise

    • Nice lightweight and easy to use
This lightweight steamer is very easy to use however please read directions before using. If you read the directions it states to use distilled water which personally I recommend as well it also States it can be used on hardwood floors however if your hardwood floors are worn down from over the years and not protected do not use the steam on it due to it will warp them. It is also very important before steaming that you either vacuum or sweep the floor you are about to steam. This lightweight steamer is easy and nice to set up heat up quickly an easy to change from one purpose to another the hose length is great is I can do my whole kitchen with no problem and have extra cord length to spare. It easily removed stains from my kitchen floor with no extra effort. The overall quality make / craftsmanship of this steamer is is good for the price. I actually think it might have too many functions hence the 19 and one I've only used two so far. The one downfall and reason why I removed one star is when you are wrapping the cord it does not have the clippy or anything to attach the end of the cord. And for the price and quality of the steamer you would think it would have that to secure the cord. Overall this is a quality steamer and is worth the price. I have yet to try it on any type of furniture yet. When I do I will update my review. ... show more

I am a self admitted neat freak and I was very excited to get this product. I have every different kind of mop, floor cleaner, vacuum that you can think of. I had yet to try steam cleaning my floors. Before I do anything, I read the directions thoroughly. I was very glad I did, because as I stated, in my title, many steps had to be followed before use. First, you had to make sure you have distilled water to put into the tank. I always have distilled water because I steam clean my clothes before work. Secondly, the floors had to be thoroughly vacuumed and swept before you could use the steam cleaner on them. Lastly, you cannot use this on hardwood floors that are not protected or have been worn down over the years because it will cause the wood to buckle. I pictured the three rooms that I did. My kitchen, the side to my hallway and my front hallway. It did go through the distilled water quickly and I had to refill the tank a few times, but I realize that my kitchen is a very large room along with the hallway. As you can see in the pictures, it did clean my floors beautifully. I was impressed with that. What did bother me, as shown in the first picture, was that once you are done, most vacuums or anything with a cord will have a groove in it so you can attach it to the cord to keep it stabilized. This one does not have it. You need to secure it by wrapping it around the side of just clicking it onto the cord itself. It’s very lightweight and there is a spot in the back where you could hang the attachments. I have one room with carpet in my home and would like to try this instead of bringing out my much larger, heavier carpet cleaning machine, but it did not say what kind of cleaning agent to use. It explained in the directions how you do it and where to put the cleaning agent but didn’t say what kind. Is it the regular carpet cleaner that I buy for my other machine? I don’t want to break it so I wish she was a bit more specific. Overall, a decent product with a few minor flaws. ... show more
