This is the 1000W model. Purchased this back in 2021 when I thought the world was going to end with covid zombies, only used it once when I first bought it with my car and worked perfect. Now I use it with the solar batteries on my travel trailer, cant power the outlets in the trailer directly (need a different type of inverter for that) but I find that with a multi plug extension cord I can run a couple fans, swamp cooler and TV while charging a couple devices with no problem during the day; at night with only the fans and swamp cooler going I get about 6 hours b4 the solar batteries drain but the inverter has more then enough power to make it happen when youre traveling between the grids. The inverter does have an alarm to let you know power is running low or your fuses popped, learned that the hard way when I put the trailer plug to it 😅. They make circuit breaker fuses I would recommend getting some so if you do over load it your not trying to find a fuse to replace its also good so you can test it yourself to get an idea of how much load your inverter can take without needing to replace multiple fuses. I bought the 1500W power inverter to be used with my solar system added to an RV. The unit I got stopped working after some uses. It is understandable that even good products failed from time to time. I contacted the seller via messages on Amazon. Just after a few questions and answers the seller agreed to send me a new one. I received it in two days and added it to my solar power system right away. Now I have the electricity I need while camp out in remote locations. I highly recommend this product.     • This thing is bigger than I thought

The Inverter works fine. Although I have not pushed to its limit yet. A couple of things I was not satisfied with. The cables that connect to the Inverter I feel are not excellent. Instead of screwing them on like every Inverter I have, you poke the bare end into a hole and tighten a screw down on it to hold the wire in place. It works but not as secure as it should be. Also the other ends of the cables do not have clamps attached. Not the end of the world, but I assumed they did. The picture cuts off and shows you nothing. The Inverter also does not come with a case. Most of my bigger portable inverters have a case or at least a bag for everything. This only has the cardboard box. Cutting corners. Update- Sept. 27th 2021 - I bought this in 2019 and I wasn't sure how it was going to hold-up. Well I can tell you this. This has been a solid Inverter. I hooked it up to a bank of 210AH of batteries and 4 100w solar panels and off it went. I try to keep it at 1375 watts or less and it handles it like a champ. Total - A 925 watt refrigerator, 300 watts of electronics ( TV, Cable Box, Satellite array, plus two 60 watt fans. I use it daily for about 7 hours a day with everything, then the electronics , 1 fan , and the exterior lights at night on the battery. 24 hours a day for a year and a half. never missed a day. I am surprised, but I have to give it its Kudos! I want to upgrade to a larger inverter, but its hard to give up what I know works. I'll have to start the testing phase all over again. I'll definitely keep this set-up top go as a standby. ... show more

Ok so this little inverter works great for charging my laptop which has a 45 watt charger, a cell phone on an 18 watt charger and both USB ports charging portables. This has to be done with the van running of course. Without it running it will just set an alarm either from overload or from under voltage and the inverter will shut down. It never really gets hot although the fan is a little noises. The reason I did not give it 5 stars is because I thought the inverter had 2 quick charge 3.0 ports and it does not. Matter of fact that is the reason I chose this one. Maybe my fault for not digging deeper on this one but I feel like it should be upfront in the first place. ... show more

First item shipped was miss-boxed and contained a 220V 50Hz unit, but I could tell by its weight and construction that I wanted the 110V 60Hz unit that I actually ordered. Thanks to Amazon they made it happen. The new unit clearly states 1500 Watts continuous and 3000 Watts peak. The instruction sheet is in English! The connection cable is 2 or 3 gauge, very adequate for the 110 amps that 1500 Watts would require. You definitely couldn't plug this into a cigarette lighter. Be aware, a 20 amp power point cannot support more than 280 Watts, so don't buy an inverter with a plug thinking it is going to work, it won't. I connected four 350 Watt heaters and turned each one on in turn. It had no problem running all 4 of them, so it definitely can handle 1400 Watts continuous. The system cooling fan didn't even come on until I turned on the second heater and was very quiet. The fan went off when I reduced the load to one heater, so it uses a combination of temperature and load to control the fan. Of the three units I tested looking for a good inverter, this is the only one that actually delivers the goods. Says what is does and does what it says. ... show more

Installed on my boat to run power tools. Use it several times plugging orbital sander. The inverter works as intended, no noise from the fans, the body of inverter got warm but not enough warm to turn on fans. If you use digital voltmeter to check AC voltage output, do not be surprised that it is below 110v. Mine showed 85v. The reason for this is that algorithm for cheap voltmeters is designed for pure sine wave, this inverter is not pure sine and error in reading can be up to 40%. Update if anything changes, so far I would recommend it. Update 01 Oct 2020, The device stopped working after very moderate load and few times use. Contacted customer service and after few emails back and forward company sent me replacement. No hustle, no issues, only requested few pics to be sure that thing is dead and withing few days shipped new one. Surprisingly customer service was as it is suppose to be, friendly attentive and helpful. As I get new one in early Jan will keep updating. ... show more
