overall it’s been a really convenient option for daily use. I have some experience with both traditional and wearable pumps, so I was especially interested in how this one would compare in terms of comfort, suction, and ease of use. One of the biggest highlights for me is how discreet and quiet it is. I’ve been able to wear it around the house while getting things done, and it doesn’t draw attention or make much noise at all. The hands-free design is a huge plus, especially during busy days when sitting down to pump isn’t always realistic. The suction strength is solid, and I like that there are multiple modes and levels to choose from. It made it easier to find a setting that felt comfortable while still being effective. The included flange insert options were also helpful for getting a better fit. Battery life has been pretty decent in my experience. I can get multiple sessions in before needing to recharge, which makes it more reliable when I’m on the go or don’t want to worry about constantly plugging it in. That said, there were a couple of times where I had trouble getting the seal just right. When the seal wasn’t perfect, it did affect the suction and output, so there is a bit of a learning curve in positioning it correctly. Once it’s set properly, it works well—but it may take a few tries to get used to.

Full disclosure - I have several NCVI pumps I bought myself (did not receive to review) in the last year as I've induced lactation (that's a whole different post somewhere else I've yet to write, but let me just say it helps to have top-level equipment if you're inducing). This is the first pump I've received to review and I'm excited to see the upgrades NVCI has implemented on this pump. YAY! NEW, QUIETER MOTOR! From what I can tell, they're using a new motor design - it sounds different (more quiet) and has more efficient function, it seems. That's no slight on earlier models - I was 100% happy with all my NCVI pumps/motors that I'd invested in earlier. But this feels like a "smarter" motor that will work less hard to deliver the same results, and that's smart engineering, which excites me almost as much as the appearance of drops of milk (inducers, you know what I mean). NCVI to NCVI COMPARISON: These are probably closest in design/weight/size to compare to the NCVI Heated pumps, the first ones I ordered on the induction journey (and it was/is a journey, not being quippy). These motors are quieter and feel more highly geared than the heated ones I bought in November 2025 (I absolutely love my heated NCVI pumps, by the way). This model is like going from a V8 to an Ecoboost engine, which turns out to deliver all the performance while guzzling less fuel, which in this case will be your battery life. BATTERY: Battery life on these is great - brought them with me on a road trip and just now had to charge with doing "power pumping" along the way. Really like the charger location on these, which tends to stay better attached (it's USB-C, so less concern about losing the charger cord, although you'll do well to keep them paired with their OG cords). Charges quite quickly. Should be ready when you're ready for the next go-round. DESIGN IMPROVEMENTS FROM AN ALREADY GOOD DESIGN: These also sit up better than previous models I had of both NCVI and other brands, so you don't risk spilling any of that precious liquid gold! They have a nice layer of silicone on the body-side which seems to help keep them in place much better when you're up and moving with them on. I was actually looking for aftermarket solutions along this line when this popped up as available to review. So glad to see NCVI is taking notes and making improvements like this. Even with pumping spray, these stay put! FLANGES! OH, FLANGES! These come with a couple options (19 and 21mm) which, of course, did not fit me. No worries, I've already stocked an entire library of flanges. One thing I've learned in this educational journey of trying to make my body create something is that some softer flanges do better with some pumps and other firmer flanges do well with different pumps. The way this one is designed, it seems you may do best with a medium-level firmness flange? I tried a MomCozy silicone that was too firm and not 100% in sync with the pump. Everything worked much better with a softer, thinner silicone one I had in the "library," which I think is part of the set I ordered from NCVI for another pump. Flanges are so much a Cinderella slipper kind of story. Once you find the right one for the right pump, you stock up! Also, total aside with flanges - from what I've read, I'm not the only person who's had to fiddle around with several sizes and types of flanges. Naturally, my left side and right side are not the same size, so I'm always ordering a mis-mash of flanges to have the right sizes. FLANGE SIZE INFO THAT MAY OR MAY NOT BE OF HELP RELATIVE TO THIS PUMP + ELASTICITY CHALLENGES: I tend to be smaller than the two sizes offered here (I'm 15 and 17, or thereabouts). Noticed now that I'm filling up more often and more significantly that my sizing, which seemed here and there earlier on, has kind of settled into a regular, more petite size. I do have "elasticity" that provides a whole additional learning curve to the pump business. To my fellow elastic spouters - you have all my empathy! APPLES TO APPLES/ORANGES: "Feel wise" this one feels more like the operation of my Evie Stride (have a library of pumps, too, which means I HAVE to produce lots of liquid gold now for this to net out) - focused suction, quiet motor, maximum portability. It's bigger than the Stride because each unit has a motor, but that's workable My super-solid Kindred bras will hold these without issue. Also gives you a better option for single-sided pumping and individualized pump pressure versus a wearable with one pump. PORTABILITY: These pack up nice and tidy to go with you anywhere. not a lot of extras to haul along, and I like that, although half of my luggage this last trip was pumping and pump-related supplies. People think oil wells require a lot of work - they should try getting resources from the human body! Comes with some thoughtful extras. BOTTOM LINE: After about five months with NCVI pumps in general and a couple weeks with this one, pleased to say it goes above and beyond the solid, great design of their earlier pumps. Very impressed and very happy. Definitely recommend!

This set of wearable breast pumps works very well & is perfect for busy moms. They are so discreet to wear while being quite effective in pumping. Since they are rechargeable, you don't have to worry about being tied to a machine & can get other things done while using. They are lightweight & fairly simple to use. There are 4 modes & 9 intensity levels you can experiment with until you find the one that works best for you. For pumps, they are pretty comfortable to wear & they are actually fairly quiet when operating. The parts are very easy to clean, too, which is another time saver. I think the set is very reasonably priced & I strongly recommend for yourself or as a gift for another mom.

Easy to use, has a few different flange sizes and a measure guide to decide which one works for you. Easy to charge and use and its pretty quiet so you can watch television while pumping. Easy to clean as well. You can take it with you if need be. I wish there were two so you could use both at the same time. The battery does seem to last for a while and it is easy to clean. I wish it came with some sort of carrying case to keep it safe and germ free if you need to take it with you.

I exclusively pump so I like to use this on the go when I am traveling or go to my in-laws for the day to make it easier. I love how this comes with a few different sizes to make sure that you have the right section and I love how there are two of them so you can pump both sides at the same time pretty easy to use have some nice different settings and also really easy to throw in the wash when it’s time.
