Description

Patented latch enables leak-proof pumping in any position (even laying down) when using 360 Milk Storage Bags 1:1 virtual onboarding session, sizing support, and more. Articles, videos, and 1:1 consults with lactation consultants and other experts. How is Willow 360 different from Willow 3.0? Willow 3.0 is now Willow 360! We changed its name because no other pump provides 360° mobility. In addition, moms who pump with Willow 360 have access to 360 Care, a personalized support program dedicated to supporting onboarding, sizing, and more. What makes Willow 360 different from traditional breast pumps? It's also the only in-bra wearable pump that offers two ways to pump and store your milk — choose from the leak-proof, self-sealing, ready-to-store milk bags, or reusable containers. The reusable containers are leak-proof up to 180°. What is Willow 360 Care? We designed our support program to help set you up for success. It includes a virtual session with a Willow Mom Coach for personalized onboarding support, extra sizing inserts if you need them, & recommended content on all things pumping w/ Willow. Do I need Milk Bags with Willow 360? No, Willow 360 is the only pump that offers the option to pump into Spill-Proof Milk Bags or Reusable Containers. Milk Bags enable total 360 degree mobility, while Containers offer 180 degree mobility (more than other wearable pumps!) Does Willow 360 work with larger breast sizes? Yes. Willow was designed to work with larger breast sizes including G and H bra cups. (Plus, your flange size and your breast size are not necessarily related, since pump fit is dependent on the width of your nipple, not the size of your cups!) Breast Milk Bags 360 Reusable Containers 360 Replacement Parts Sizing Inserts Breast Pump Carrying Case Breastmilk Coolers Hot & Cold Therapy Packs At Willow, we’re obsessed with helping moms reach their feeding goals. • Stopped working in less than 30 days
Style: Pump 2 Count (Pack of 1)
Willow products are too expensive to work so poorly and then just all together stop working. When using the milk bags, they collect so much air in them that they say they're full halfway through pumping. I've then had to use double the amount of bags just to get through one pumping session. I went ahead and purchased the reusable containers. Which is rediculous that they don't come with the pump and instead have to be purchased seperately. It's also rediculous that the original pump only came with 24 milk bags, that's only 12 sessions and again I had to use double the bags for each session because they fill up with air, so I only got 6 pumping sessions out of the original purchase. They only send one charging cord, so you can only charge one pump at a time or purchase another cord seperately. The reusable milk containers are difficult to use and you cannot get them empty ever, they are such a weird design that milk will stay behind in them. I've turned them every which way to get them completely empty. They will never empty all of the way. You end up losing so much milk with leakage, spilling and not being able to ever empty the container all the way. The flanges can go in incorrectly without sealing properly and you have no way of knowing until milk starts leaking out of them. There are a ton of leakage and spilling issues with both the bags and the reusable container. The pump isn't very officiant, I was never able to fully empty out with pumping sessions using the willow. It hurts, I tried multiple flange sizes & repositioning, etc. Which I had to purchase seperately more flange sizes. And Finally, I received my order on October 14th had used the pump intermittently because it is so difficult to use & in the middle of the night on November 11th the left pump just stopped working. I reset it and followed all trouble shooting from the willow site, and nothing. So much money spent for the product to stop working less than 30 days of use. I will never spend another dollar on Willow products ever again. ... show more

  • Thumbs down.
Style: Pump 2 Count (Pack of 1)
We are far too advanced in technology for this product to be this faulty and not last long. This product was bought in a bundle with bags. It came with 1 charger when there are two pumps and I had to purchase a separate charger which is absolutely ridiculous with how much this product costs alone. I mean you seriously can’t give 2 chargers? It takes forever to fully charge and the charge lasts 1 or 2 pump sessions. It works OKAY with the milk bags but cannot hold a lot of milk as once it gets to about 2.5-3oz the bag separates the container from the pump. It also was not a good fit for me as I had less milk output compared to my momcozy and despite having the right size flange it was actually quite uncomfortable pumping. Also, Spare yourself the magic trick they make you do to get all the milk out. There are other products that don’t make you do all sorts of flips and tricks. It’s not hard to do, but a hassle and sometimes the gulping did not work which made milk leak out. Nobody wants to be doing that when you’re out and about or up in the middle of the night. Seriously I would recommend looking into other wearable pumps like momcozy. Pumping into bags also gets very expensive and the collection containers are cheap materials, have to be purchased separately, and have so many nooks to clean. Save yourself the time and money. Just don’t bend over with your other wearable pumps to avoid milk spills. ... show more

  • Unstable Breast Pump
Style: Pump 2 Count (Pack of 1)
Breat pump was not consistent in its usage. It worked once, then did not work, worked, then stopped working all together.

  • Anyone who says don’t cry over spilt milk has never pumped.
Style: Pump 2 Count (Pack of 1)
Honestly this product feels like a scam. At best, this company nickel and dimes its customers for a lackluster product. At worst, it prays on tired mothers dreaming of more productive pumps with less parts to clean. I am deeply disappointed and would not recommend this product to anyone. I only gave 2 stars because the app interface is accurate and helpful. I ordered this pump against my lactation consultant’s advice. I was persuaded by the claims that it was “leakproof” and that there were only “two parts to clean.” Well, I failed to read the fine print and turns out that it’s only leakproof with two parts to clean if you pump into a disposable bag every time. I don’t want to pump into a disposable bag every time because I’m often giving the baby a bottle shortly after pumping. This was strike 1. This device is very expensive. You have to order the proper sized flange insert separately. And if you don’t want to use a disposable, single use bag, every time you pump, you have to order reusable containers SEPARATELY. That is going to set you back an additional $70. These containers also give you two more parts to clean. So if you ordered flange inserts you are up to 5. To add insult to injury, it only comes with one charger for two pumps!! You have to purchase another charger if you want to charge both at the same time. This nickel and diming is shameful. Strike 2. Now once you open the box you can’t return this thing, so I was already in deep before I realized there were no reusable cups or a second charger in the box. So I tried the pump with the bag. It is loud, big, and clunky. Thinking of the hundreds of dollars I just spent, I kept telling myself it would be worth it if it really didn’t leak and I got good output. I followed the instructions to the T, and, wouldn’t you know it, it leaked from both the flange and the bottom! Strike 3. I still tried twice more, and today I tried with the reusable container. With the reusable container my output was a third of what it is normally. By Al z This was an expensive frustration that I didn’t need 3 months postpartum. Buy something else. My mommed pump was under $200 and works great. ... show more

  • Horrible product and terrible customer service
Style: Pump 2 Count (Pack of 1)
I really wanted to love the Willow 360, but it has been a major letdown. At a retail price of $500, I expected a reliable, high-quality pump. Instead, I’ve experienced constant issues: milk pooling in the flange and spilling during removal (even after using Flip-to-Finish), the pump detaching from the motor mid-session, and milk leaking from the top latch, even when it’s fully locked. The left pump won’t connect to Bluetooth at all, and the app frequently lags and displays incorrect milk output (showing 3oz when there’s only about 1oz in the container). On top of that, the device shuts off randomly without warning, and it fails to fully empty my breasts, which has caused a noticeable drop in my supply and made me feel unwell. The most frustrating part? Willow does not allow returns or offer refunds, even for clearly defective units. For $500, that’s completely unacceptable. I ended up trying the Momcozy M5, which costs around $100, and it’s honestly a much better investment. It’s more consistent, less messy, and much more affordable. I would not recommend the Willow 360 to other pumping moms. save your money and your sanity. ... show more

  • Not worth the cost, worst pump
Style: Pump 2 Count (Pack of 1)
I am so disappointed in this breast pump. I bought this after having a spectra pump covered by insurance. I wanted a hands free pump to return to work. Maybe I should have went with the willow go instead, but I liked the concept that this could be used in any position (I had this grand idea I could use it while working, etc). First it's very particular about being attached and it does not link well with the app. The biggest disappointment is that it does not automatically come with a milk container but bags are the default. The bags just fill with air and then it tells you they are full to four ounces when there is maybe an ounce and a bunch of air. I did purchase the containers directly from Willow and these are even worse. After pumping when you do their "flip to finish" all the milk spills out all over you--so you've just wasted your pump and now are soaked in milk. And yes, I've watched all of their instructional videos numerous times. Even when you do things right it still doesn't work the way it should. Probably says something that the positive reviews are all from people that got this product for free. I went all out on willows website for the accessories too to be prepared to go back to work and pump for my baby. Now I don't know what I'm supposed to do as this has added so much stress to feeding when I keep loosing all of my pumped milk ... show more

  • Petite Mom Don’t Get It!!
Style: Pump 2 Count (Pack of 1)
Overhyped & Overpriced – Not for Petite Moms If you’re petite, skip this pump. I’m 5’2”, 135 lbs, and it felt like strapping half a pound to each breast. Way too heavy and uncomfortable. Leaks everywhere: The “zero leak” promise is a joke. Using the milk pouches, air gets trapped, they pop open, and transferring milk is a mess. Terrible value: $500 pump with only one charger (took 5 hours to charge). Reusable containers cost extra. Skin rash: After one use (washed/sterilized), I had a bad rash. Not travel friendly: Exactly what I needed as a NICU mom of two, but this failed in every way. I returned it and went back to my Lansinoh wearables—lighter, discreet, and 1/3 the price. Save your money, this pump isn’t worth it. ... show more

  • Awesome
Style: Pump 2 Count (Pack of 1)
After lots of research and YouTube videos, my options were Ellie and this. But I bought this because while working and pumping, it is really important to me that I have a leak-proof breast pump. But the more important thing is that it is sealed so no contact with the environment. I used this for three months while I was working, with no problems, no issues whatsoever. The first two weeks, the suction level was a bit intense but not hurting at all, then it was like nothing, I was not even feeling it. So, overall, I loved it!! ... show more
