I wanted to try out a paint sprayer but I didn't want to spend a lot. I repainted my garage walls, trim, and ceiling with this using latex paint (home depot) and it came out fantastic. During the ceiling portion, the weight when full of paint made it a challenge, but the gun is seriously light without paint so I can't blame the unit. The result is the best interior paint job I've ever done - the paint is smooth and flat and so perfect, it's kind of shocking. Overspray wasn't something I had to contend with since everything was painted using the same paint/color, but you'll definitely want to mask and cover anything in the vicinity. Be sure to vent the environment well too Also be sure to pay attention to your sprayer tip. Paint build up will occur after a few fills so if you sense the spray coming out light, that's probably why. I just made it a point to clear it out when I had to refill paint and it was no longer an issue. Also it's entirely possible that I had used a suboptimal tip for the latex paint, but it was spraying so nicely I stuck with it.

Absolutely amazing! If I knew how great a product this was I would have bought one years ago. Price is great. Ease of use is great too. With a couple of practice sprays was able to easily dial in my spray pattern and painted my kitchen cabinets in no time and they have that manufactured smooth look!

The sprayer works real well would have give it 5 stars but the hose wasn’t long enough to reach what I was spraying if it had a longer hose definitely 5 stars light weight clean up is pretty easy sprays good

This spray gun really exceeded my expectations. The build quality is impressive, and it feels great in hand. It sprays evenly and is super easy to adjust, giving a smooth and professional finish every time. I’ve tried other spray guns before that tended to clog or spray unevenly, but I haven't had any issues with this one. Cleaning it is also a breeze, which is a big plus. Truly a great value for the price – I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a reliable spray gun!

It worked OK to spray latex on an interior door, but was a huge PITA to clean up. Next tried to spay water/based stain with the smaller cap, would not spray at all. I thought it might be plugged but sprayed water just fine. Waste of money.

Just sprayed water based primer from Sherwin Williams. At first it sputtered a lot (I’m guessing I didn’t thin it out enough). The second batch was thinned out more and it sprayed more evenly. You can’t adjust the air pressure/speed and the air heats up quite a bit to where you can feel it in the hose. Because of the fast air speed, you get a lot of overspray (which I’m covered in). So, if you buy it, make sure you thin out your paint a good amount, cover your work area and yourself very well and wear respiratory protection cause this will get in your nose and eyes. All in all, you get what you pay for

This paint system is simple and easy to maintain. Includes all supplies needed to prepare paint substance or stain and includes tools to clean the unit for future use. However, the unit only includes a singular paint canister. But here is the thing. I contacted the support group with the email address included in the user guide and they provided two extra canisters with paint seal insert. They charged a small fee for shipping. And they did so quickly. I am very satisfied with the paint system and I was pleased with the response by customer service staff. Overall, this paint system is of great value for the price. It's ideal for small paint jobs. Highly recommended. D. Holmes
