I got the MomMed S21 wearables and have used them for 3 days and have loved them! I own a horse farm and can wear these doing chores, dishes, driving... My stats are (lol): 5 weeks postpartum. 38DDD/E Not an overproducer. Exclusively pump. 3-4 hours between pumps. 30 minute sessions. My other pumps are a Motif Luna standard pump & Medela and Lansinoh hand pumps. Each pump with those options I'd get roughly 5 to 6 ounces total using 19mm flanges. I have gotten more each pump session with these wearables. This photo is after my noon session, where I'd average 5oz total. I got 10oz! I've actually had to use creams and less suction with these because it's too intense for me. I typically do 5 minutes massage/stimulate, 10 minutes suction/expression and repeat. The cups max out at 6oz so if you pump more than that in a session watch closely because they'll overflow back at the flange insert. The noise level, I can hear them if I'm in a quiet room. But you can talk over them & you don't notice them if you're grocery shopping around people or something. The charge on these also last 2 full days (roughly 12 pumps) for me. I looked at the MomCozys, Lansinohs and Elvies for wearables. I chose these for the cost. I couldn't really justify spending $200-300. I got these on sale for $65 with coupons. Easily worth the investment! Plus they come with all kinds of extras; duck bills, membranes, flange inserts, extension straps for nursing bras, nipple rulers and 2 nice velvet bags. I originally bought the elvies (because expensive is better right!?) WRONG! So I did a lot of research and came across mommed and finally pulled the trigger and bought them after wasting $550 on elvies I was scared. Well…. The mommeds have amazing suction! They actually empty me! Easy to use and easy to clean. I have only used them once so far and I’m pretty dang impressed. This is your sign to buy these ones! Cheap and works great. This is a great pump and does a wonderful job expressing my milk. I'm a second time mom and an over-producer. My first time around I gave birth to twins and used the Spectra pump and was able to breastfeed until I chose to stop just after 1 year. This time around I had a singleton and my boobs still produce a ton of milk, but I've returned to work earlier (first time I went back for half days at 3 months until over 1 year, this time I'm back full time at 3 months) and I wanted to find something that didn't necessarily require me to leave my desk 3 times a day. Pros: Great suction - I get just as much (sometimes more!) milk with this pump as I do with my lansinoh pump. 3-5 ounces per breast each time. Relatively quiet! I mean you can definitely hear it, but I can turn on my little desk space heater to drown it out in my otherwise silent shared office. Fits inside my nursing bras. Mostly easy to clean - kind of hard to get in a couple of the little corners but not a huge deal to me, I do use a 21mm flange insert so I have 5 parts from each pump to clean Cons: Charging - while they charge up pretty quickly, there is no way to tell what the current charge is while the pump is on, only when charging. It would be nice to have a display to show remaining battery bc several times it's happened that one will just die in the middle of a pump session - very frustrating. Also the motors look exactly the same so you dont know which one you just charged! I ended up using a sharpie to write 'A' on one and 'B' on the other so I could kind of keep track of which one needed charging. Please make the battery status display a thing!! Memory function - it's nice that the pump remembers the suction level you use on each setting, but I wish it didn't start up on whichever mode it ended on. Sometimes I forget to switch from "expression" to "stimulation" at the end of a session so the next time I power it on it will start up on a strong expression mode which is a shock and uncomfortable. The way around it is to always switch back to stimulate mode before turning off, but would be much more user friendly to just make that the automatic starting point each time you power it on. Somewhat tricky to position - just the design of the pump makes it so you can't see your nipples inside the flange so you can't tell if they're positioned properly (for instance to make sure they won't rub the sides or aren't being sucked too far into the flange), not sure if there's a fix for it, just a tricky thing to get right. Looks a little silly - I am small chested (A cup) and wearing this makes me look a little ridiculous, as if I have DDs lol while it doesn't look COMPLETELY unnatural, anyone that knows me knows my boobs are that big lmao All in all, this is a great pump and has become my main pump. I actually get upset if I forget it and have to use my hospital grade pump. It does just as good a job as my lansinoh and is so worth the money, just could use a few tweaks for user friendliness! Great, so portable, so easy, works fantastic. Easy to clean. I probably get a little less than with my Spectra, but also, whatever, because I can also clean the house with these on, which I can't with my Spectra. Have worn on a plane, in a taxi, in a cafe while working! All discreetly with no issue. I HATED my Willow 3.0 because it hurt so much, was so tough to position perfectly, and I still never got anything, but I am totally unfussy about how I throw these onto my boobs and I still easily get a good amount each time. ... show more

I ordered this pump because I was looking for an affordable wearable pump that I can use while working. After looking into the pump it seemed like a very good option for the price compared to other wearable pumps.
