My experience with the Scriveiner Classic Silver Chrome fountain pen started off on a disappointing note but quickly turned into one of the best customer service encounters I’ve ever had. The extra fine nib wrote exactly as it should—finer than even my Pilot pens—and has since become my go-to everyday carry (EDC) pen. Beyond its performance, the Scriveiner Classic Silver Chrome is a stunningly designed pen. It feels solid and well-balanced in hand. The chrome and gold finish exudes a refined elegance. I love love love the finial design. One of the standout features is the converter—it’s the best I’ve used, providing a smooth and reliable ink flow. Additionally, there’s a beautiful and satisfying sound and feel when you cap the pen. It’s a small but joyful detail that enhances the experience of using this exquisite pen. I'm impressed by the meticulous craftsmanship that went into creating this pen. Perhaps one of the most impressive moments came after I had to set the pen aside for a few days due to illness. When I picked it up again, it wrote immediately, as if I had just used it seconds ago—something many fountain pens struggle with. Despite the rocky start, this pen has won me over completely. My first Scriveiner pen was a medium nibbed pen, and it worked beautifully, until one day...it slipped from my hand and fell straight down onto the nib; the pen had suffered catastrophic damage. So, I did the only correct thing there is to do: I purchased a replacement Scriveiner pen. This time, I decided to go with a fine-point nib. The pen was working well for about a month, but I noticed the writing wasn't totally smooth. So I reached out to Scriveiner and shared with them my story. Jul on the Scriveiner team was very understanding, and after providing them a video and my order #, they immediately shipped me a new pen. I got it the next day, which is insane, but that's what they did for me. The new pen writes perfectly and I'm very happy with how they helped me out. My feeling is this is a rare issue, because the pens are very high quality, and I wrote with my first pen for a long time before I dropped it and I never had any issues. The new pen is also writing flawlessly. Thanks Scriveiner for helping me out, I'll be buying pens from you in the future; hopefully the catalyst isn't me dropping this one though :D

This pen is just awesome! It’s a very smooth and holds ink very well. I did have an issue with a tiny dent in the side of the pen that was hardly noticeable but it still bothered me so I reached out to the company directly from their website. It was some of the best customer support I’ve ever received! They were very friendly and handle the issue quickly by sending me a new pen! Wonderful company, wonderful people and wonderful products!

Writes like a dream; better than a lot of named brand pens at their lower end price points. Must say customer service is excellent. The first one I received had defects in workmanship. But Catherine was super helpful, and sent me a replacement which is excellent. I would recommend this brand.

I love this pen. I am an artist and a writer. I began many years ago working with Fountain Pens. Wanting the best quality for my work, I began with the Sailor, Mont Blanc, Waterman. Initially, they worked well, but then there seemed to be one problem after another and the frustration was hair pulling. I was also very disappointed in the customer service of these companies. Then Scriveiner came along and I gave it a try. It has a solid reputation, and the pens were beautiful. I have a gold pen that shines like a new wedding ring. I bought each of my grandchildren a Scriveiner Fountain pen to help them feel confident in their handwriting and to TEACH them penmanship. The experience and the beauty of these Fountain pens surpass all the high end pens I have ever had.
