I’m extremely disappointed with this scooter. I received it on April 19th and started using it regularly on April 22nd—just over a month ago. For the first few weeks, it worked well. I used it for a short daily commute (about 2 miles each way) on smooth, blacktop roads Monday through Friday. However, today it suddenly began to slow down after just a few minutes of riding, and then it completely stopped. Now every time I press the throttle, I get a loud, grinding noise and the scooter won’t move at all. I spent $250 expecting a reliable product, but it barely lasted over 30 days with light, consistent use. This is incredibly frustrating, and unfortunately, I cannot recommend this scooter to anyone.

I purchased the NAVIC electric scooter and so far it’s been a great investment. It’s lightweight, easy to fold, and perfect for commuting or quick errands around the city. The dual suspension really makes a difference on bumpy roads, and the ride feels smooth and stable. I especially love the built-in lights and the phone holder, it adds a modern, high-tech feel and makes it convenient to use navigation apps while riding. The speed is just right for daily use (I’ve reached close to 19 mph), and the battery range is good enough for most short to mid-length trips. The scooter feels durable and well-built overall. Buy something better if your an Adult. This is more for a kid or teenager. 18mph is painfully slow after 1 day of riding. And for around the neighborhood might be ok. But the battery life riding it full throttle is about half of stated range. So unless it a very close destination your not going to be commuting on this. Rough ride, you feel every jarring Crack and bump. This is entry level for sure.

Very very nice scooter! Return to office is happening, so I really need a help on my daily commute. This scooter is exactly what I want. The speed can easily save me a lot of time when in rush. The motor can power strong climbing capacity, which is extremely useful in San Francisco. The battery capacity definitely satisfy my long commute needs. The simple black color makes it so classic and sleek. They deliver what they say. Highly recommend!

Please avoid. I purchased this and the initial run was great. I went to recharge the bike and it failed to charge 100%. I rode it after and the battery died within 3 minutes. I recharged the battery again only to have the same results. I requested a refund and was granted it. I dropped the bike off at an approved shipping site within the allowed time frame. After a month requested an update in the status of the refund and the company said it was still in transit. I waited two more weeks and contacted the seller again. Now there is no record of the transaction/delivery of refund. I am out $260. The company has asking me for proof of transit /shipment and asking for the number for provided by them. Please please avoid this company. I did contact Amazon also without success.

The new 350W front-wheel brushless motor provides silky smooth acceleration to 19mph, readily tackling moderate hills on my course. The dual brake system (drum + EABS) is truly confidence-building, particularly when suddenly stopping from higher speeds. Combined with the dual shock absorption, it renders uneven pavement much less harsh than with my previous scooter. The 8.5-inch honeycomb solid tires are a revelation – no flats or maintenance to worry about, just climb on and go. Pairing with the app is effortless for locking/unlocking, mode switching, or viewing battery status. The white front and rear lights are a necessity for night riding. Worth it.
