Our 5-year-old e-scooter finally gave in recently, and I need a new ride to commute to and from work when the weather permits (stupid street parking limits). This e-bike was on sale and looked pretty nice so I decided to give it a try. It shipped and arrived fast, FedEx with signature, well packaged. The assembly is quite straightforward, put on front wheel, put in seat and back rack, and you are good to go. It was charged almost full out of the box, so I took it out for a spin afterwards. The ride is very smooth and compare with my previous NineBot the controllability and suspension is much better. I like the slick taillight and turning blinkers (gesturing turns when riding a scooter is very dumb). The build quality is very good, sturdy structural parts, comfy seat and handles. Head light is quite functional as well, which is a plus. Overall it's a excellent e-bike, and a timely new commute means for myself. pro tip: there are two metal rings, one long and one short, on the front axial as arrived, and when you take off the axial to put on the front wheel, they are supposed to help space the wheel so it centers. Make sure to try both ways so the wheel centers.

The media could not be loaded. I honestly wasn’t expecting much when I first ordered this scooter—I just wanted something to help me avoid traffic and cut down on my Uber expenses. But I’ve been using it every day for over a month now and it’s been way better than I imagined. It hits around 21–22 mph consistently, which is perfect for getting around my city. The ride feels super smooth, and even when the road isn’t perfect, the shock absorbers make a big difference. One thing I really like is the seat. I didn’t think I’d care, but being able to sit comfortably while riding makes a huge difference, especially after a long day at work. It’s breathable and wide enough that it doesn’t feel cramped, even for someone like me (I’m about 6’0”). Battery life has been very reliable. I usually go 8–10 miles per day, and I only need to charge it every 3–4 days. Folding it down is easy, and I can just slide it into my car trunk if I’m going somewhere farther. For the price, it honestly feels like a premium product.

Our scooter arrived with a bent front wheel. It wasn't horrible - we still rode it, but it was clearly wobbling all over the place and making the front brake pad rub slightly with each rotation. I reached out to them on their website (linked to via Amazon), but never got a response. After a few weeks, I contacted them again, this time directly via Amazon.. I took a slightly different path thru the product support pages and was able to send a direct message. Again, weeks later and no response. I finally just ordered a new wheel (for $65) from some random Amazon listing, which I haven't installed yet. The scooter itself is actually very nice. Installation/setup was easy. The dual shocks are actually fork shocks in front and a seat post shock in the rear. I thought I was getting real rear shocks so this was bit disappointing, but it works quite well anyway. The bike is pretty heavy, but if you don't plan on lifting it into a car trunk, who cares? Also, being heavy means it feels nice and solid when riding. It seems to be very powerful and the battery lasts a long time. I was planning to buy a second one, but now I'll be doing so from a different vendor since this one has proven to me that they don't support their customers.

Excellent scooter. I am so glad I bought this one. It is a lot higher quality than the price that they are asking seriously. I have seen a lot more expensive scooters with less excellent details. Came out of the box in great condition. Ready to go. All I had to do is attach the handlebar and rear basket and seat plug and Play solution. Super high quality. I have been using it for 2 months now and is perfect for a little get around scooter. Customer service is very responsive and happy to help you with any repair and issues for the first year of ownership. Quick shipping of parts seriously, these guys have come up with a great product and they completely stand behind support it. I would highly recommend buying this scooter over any other

This a great little scooter although it did come with complications when I opened it and put it together the fastener to the handle bars broke cutting into my palm rather deap also the kickstand broke the first day I have had this scooter for 10 days now and it’s good for getting around great battery just wish I would not of gotten hurt putting it together I will include pics of everything except my hand as it’s rather graphic but if I hear back from the supplier I will gladly update review (Update) The seller got back to me right away and was sorry abt what happened they sent out new parts for what broke at no cost to be good customer service thank you so much

I didn’t want a scooter that felt flimsy or hard to control, and this one has been great in that regard. It feels sturdy and rides smoothly, even when going a little faster. The lighting system is one of my favorite features—the headlight is bright enough for dark paths, and the taillight and turn signals make me feel more visible to cars. I’ve been caught in light rain a couple of times, and it still handled well without slipping. Another thing I noticed is how comfortable the seat stays on longer trips; it’s wide, soft, and doesn’t feel cheap. I mostly charge it every couple of days, and that’s enough for my usual trips around town. It’s definitely made getting around much easier and saves me from sitting in traffic.

We just got it and its maxing out at 8 MPH. We are very disappointed with the speed. However, the breaks are incredibly responsive and it feels so sturdy and it does well on bumps and uneven surfaces.
