I had been using a more expensive turmeric with the bioporine for years because I thought it was the best. I decided to try this simply because it was less expensive and I'm finding it is good or better than the more expensive brands. I only use two capsules instead of three, but I find it keeps my inflammation down and keeps me feeling better overall. I will likely stick to this brand.
