I have been buying another brand of 50+ women's vitamins (Centrum) and they are just too hard and way too chewy for me. THESE VITAMINS, though, I love them! They have a great flavor and are not chewy at all. It's more like chewing a Starburst. Also, as an added benefit, they have more vitamins than the other brand as well. Hopefully these will be beneficial. The reason I chose these is because most of the vitamins don’t exceed 100% DV. I personally don’t believe high dose formulas are beneficial and can actually be harmful. My husband has used the Mens Alive 50+ tabs for a long time. Popping gummies in your mouth is just more convenient and, I’m assuming, have more absorbency. But, that said, they are sweet. They need to cut back on the sugar. I Might have to split the dose. They do have a little bit of a medicinal taste but then they aren’t meant to taste like candy. I like the added Orchard Blend. Not sure it’s all just hype. Hope this helps in your decision making.
