The flavor is much better than many others I have tried, and is actually pretty good. I started out with 1 for a bout a week to adjust my body and I have not experienced bad gas pains yet. Of all the fiber gummies I've tried: MiraFiber, BeneFiber, Ollie, etc... these work the best. Only problem I have is they tend to clump together in the bottle and it can be difficult to get them out. Otherwise, 5 stars. Thank you NatureMade :)
