I am a maintenance guy and i put together alot of furniture for the offices were i work. Most of the stuff today is crap but this product exceeded my expectations. I bought this for my home and love it! It looks like it was designed by a very smart engineer. The insiders has plenty of metal tubing to keep you well supported. And where their isn't tubing, there is lashings twined together to give you comfortable support. You can see that in my picture. I can't find anything to complain about. I got the 5 piece set. It came in 2 boxes, on 2 different days. So, don't panic if you only get 1 box and it doesn't have everything in it. It comes with 1 extra bolt and nut and of each size in both boxes. I cross treaded one and needed an extra bolt to replace it. The nuts have a nylon insert to keep it from backing out by itself over time. The glass on the coffee table is tinted black, so you don't have to worry about it acting like a magnifying glass and creative a focal point from the sun and causing a fire. It comes with a bag full of extra lashings incase you need to do any repairs in the future. The lashings look quite durable to me. I'm sure you are wondering how long this will last. I believe the designer did their due diligence to make a product that you can get your money out of. I would recommend buying a bottle of 303 aerospace UV protectant to spray on it. That will extend its life. I also recommend you buy a 10mm ratcheting wrench (seen in my picture) to help you put this together. They include a little throw away wrench that you can use... but its so much better with what i said. I see one listed on here for $8. Its a very commonly used size and great to have around the house anyway. The instructions, to me, where east to understand. However, i am used to using furniture assembly instructions. I was also happy to see that it came with clips to adjoin the sections to each other to help keep them from walking away from each other when you sit. Its not permanent bolts, but simple snaps that help hold each other in place. They can pop right off if you do want yo move things around. Well done to this company for a great product!

I purchased the 5 piece set. It was fairly easy to put together, although the directions weren’t that great. Came in two boxes. Was put together in less than two hours. Was delivered two days early. I can’t speak to the waterproof ness of the cushions. My friend commented that it was better quality than another set he purchased on Amazon. A similar one with blue cushions. The covers on the cushions are thick, durable material. I love that they have zippers so you can wash them. Even with three dogs jumping on them, they dust off easily and stay clean. The cushions are pretty comfy though. I think they are fairly thick, I don’t sink through them. We had a threat of a hurricane so I pulled the furniture into the basement and slept on it through the night with my three dogs. Now it wasn’t near as comfortable as my bed, but it wasn’t entirely uncomfortable either. It’s a really good looking and seems to be of good quality. I love that I can easily move it around to suit company. It comes with clips that you can use to hold the furniture in place. I haven’t used them yet because I’m not sure if clips are permanent once on. I can say that without the clips the furniture stays in place. I love that there is Velcro on the seats to keep the cushions in place. The top pillows have tie backs on them, except for the corner pillows. My only complaint is that the tempered glass top table has a million streaks on it. I tried winded, alcohol, etc but streaks won’t come out. So far I am very pleased with the comfort, look and quality of this furniture set for the price.

PROs: Looks great, is almost endlessly flexible according to your seating needs, cleans well, really does resist rain. There was an unexpected downpour yesterday while I was out. Came home to find the cushions wet, even to some standing water on two of the seats. But most of the dampness was almost like a layer on top of the cushion. It clearly is coated to resist rain. There was a some dirt and debris from the trees on the seating cushions as a result of the rain. I found that most of the dirt was swiftly removed with a scrub brush dipped into a mixture of a little liquid dishwashing detergent in water. Now that they're thoroughly dry, I see that one cushion could use a bit more attention. Also, the sofa is almost three inches higher (27 3/4" high vs 25" high) than most outdoor sofas in this price category, a real plus. CONs: It's a hard seat. You'll never confuse these seat cushions with those of an outdoor sofa that would cost thousands of dollars. But definitely not awful. I had a very pleasant morning earlier this week, stretched out on the sofa with my morning coffee and newspaper. As to the coffee table--I thought that it might double as another seat by replacing the glass top with a cushion. Or, alternatively, might be put into use to hold some cushions. But no, it's just sides--no bottom, no top---with a lip around the top of the edges to hold the glass in place. I really don't know how to assess the questions below on ease of assembly (I didn't assemble it myself, but the person who did, a carpenter, needed several hours to put it together. I've already discussed comfort and won't have any idea regarding its sturdiness until I've had it for some time. Please ignore the 1 and 2 stars for these categories; I originally put 4 stars for assembly and comfort but rethought that and then I couldn't remove them.

Update: The company immediately contacted me (an hour after I sent in what was missing). This was on a Sunday.... And had the correct piece sent to me within a couple days. Fantastic customer service!!!! Originally I rated this a 1 star due to one of the chair parts was wrong/missing. I immediately sent the seller a message thru Amazon. This was on a Sunday and figured it'd take a couple days to respond. Within an hour I was contacted by the company. I told the person which part was wrong (L2 I believe). They immediately confirmed the piece was wrong and had the correct piece immediately shipped. The assembly took me (solo) a couple hours but wasn't complicated. I found using my own wrench worked better than the one they supplied. The cushions aren't super cushy but not rock hard either. I sat on some sectionals that would have cost a couple thousand dollars that weren't as comfortable... For the price it's a good deal.

It looks decent, nice even, but not the easiest to put together due to the soft metal used in the frame and screws. Stripped out a couple holes and a couple screws and finding the thread was often challenging. It will do what it was meant to do, but I’m upset with myself for spending what I spent on this. $150 maybe $200 tops.

This patio furniture is seriously amazing. I wondered about them and read all the reviews! They came early, easy to put together (except two screw holes wouldn’t match up due to soldered bar too close to the hole, minor inconvenience). I normally don’t take the time to put together, while it took time, it worked well. They thought of everything, extra screws in case of losing one, good picture directions, ties for the back of the pillows and Velcro for the seat cushions, little pegs to screw out on the legs easily in case of undeveloped ground, and looks fantastic! I’m very happy with my purchase! They paid attention to all the details! A fantastic buy! Thanks to whoever designed this patio furniture. Revised 7/15/22. An added bonus…the cushion covers zipper off and I was able to clean them easily this summer!! My neighbors have a different brand and they are unable to wash the cushion covers.

In the last year, this couch has held up extremely well. It's quite comfortable, it's sturdy (frequently had 3 people sitting on it; no problem at all). I'm 6'1", 190lbs and I'm comfortable laying on this thing even after a couple of hours. The glass tabletop is easy to clean. I'd give it 5 stars but the one gripe I have which brings it to 4 stars is that the backrest cushions don't secure to anything. I've had to use zip ties through the wicker material to hold them in place. Like most couches in this category, it's a pain to set up. It can be done with one person and the provided hardware, but I would highly recommend having a hex drill bit set and a second person to help set it up I've had this for a year. The color on the cushions does fade in the sun but that's to be expected unless you cover it 24/7 when not in use.

Some are saying this set is short. There isn’t much of a difference with the more expensive sets.Only difference is the price. I looked for two weeks trying to decide. I thought I better just pull the plug and go for it. Glad I did because I love it! I ordered the 5 piece set and I liked it so much I ordered the two piece two days later. It’s sturdy. I read that some say the cushions are thin and it’s uncomfortable. No, it’s not living room furniture. Don’t set your expectations for that level of comfort and I think you will be satisfied!
