This bar stool is made with quality, it is a bit heavy (18 pounds), which shows you that it is made of real solid wood. Its actually very comfortable, with its soft cushioned seat and back rest, as well as a bar to rest your feet. It is definitely a rare find a stylish modern stool that has both comfort & quality. I would have given the chairs 5 starts after putting together the first box of chairs, but the second bow had all completely wrong parts to assemble. The screws were completely different and did not fit. The parts definitely were not made for the chairs and did not coincide with the pictures or the other chairs received. 1. These were so easy to put together. There’s only a couple pieces for each chair. They were level and sturdy without needing us to adjust them. 2. They are really nice looking. The low back allows them not to block the counters and kitchen. 3. Comfort- I was worried about the cushion and comfort if the chair. The cushion is firm but comfortable. I think if they were squishier, they’d lose their nice look quickly. The low back is comfortable too. We’ve played card games in these chairs for hours and I never felt like I had to stand from being uncomfortable. 4. Easy to clean- with three kids under 5, I was worried about dirty hands ruining the chairs quickly. We’ve had oil from peanut butter, chocolate ice cream, Mac and cheese and more on these in the first couple weeks. I quickly sprayed with a laundry stain spray and then used my little green Bissell on the chair. They look brand new! You cannot see where the spill was. Also, they are not discolored where I treated them. Overall, I am VERY impressed by the quality and style of the chairs. I would recommend to anyone! ... show more

My kids have been requesting new bar stools since our previous ones weren't the most comfortable. These ones hit all the marks and fit them perfectly for our kitchen island. Assembly was easy. They're also lightweight at it's easy to move then around.

I ordered (1) of these stool because I already had previously purchased (2) at Target and really liked them. Unforuntealy when I went to purchased another on Target they were sold out. I found the same stool here and ordered this one! When it arrived, I could not assemble the stool because more than half screws and washers were missing from the box. Great product if you actually receive all the pieces you need for it ... show more
