The media could not be loaded. Had to drill a slightly bigger center hole in my counter top to get all the hoses and pipe in. Once I did that install was easy. No instructions on how to put in the drain but those are not hard to figure out. Wife isn’t crazy about the look she says it looks like a kitchen faucet but it works (as of now time will tell) great and we can get every spot in the sink now without having to “cup” our hands or splash water.
