Great cart . It’s sturdier than I thought and the wheels make it very easy to move the cart around without effort . High quality and what’s most attractive is the matted finish . One thing though, it states “ 30 minutes “ to assemble .. and though it’s pretty easy , I suggest to study the picture before assembly. I love my new Carter Rolling Bar Cart! It's super cute and customer service is also top notch! First off, I have to say for the quality and price, you can't beat Nathan James! I'd compare ease of building and price for IKEA furniture but an upgrade because the Nathan James furniture actually has some style and flair to it!! So if you are looking to not spend too much on some nice looking pieces without having to deal with frustrating customer service and building instructions...Nathan James is what you are looking for! I had an incident with a warped screw that needed a replacement. I emailed customer service and they responded immediately offering me 2 options: (1) they could send a replacement but I needed to wait 2-3 weeks because of low part stock or (2) I could find the replacement on my own and they would send me a $15 Amazon gift card for my troubles. I went with option 2 because I didn't want to wait. BUT the best part that I was surprised by is a few weeks after the warped screw incident, Nathan James sent me some Godiva chocolate as an apology for the mishap. I was already pretty satisfied with the resolution pre-chocolate but this move definitely won themselves a repeat customer!! The instructions were also super easy to follow. Total set up time took less than a half hour (obviously not considering the time taken to find a replacement screw). Also a nice touch is that the instructions include some funny pop culture references. It made it sound like you had a friend helping you build the piece. It's a small thing but added to the charm of this company. Overall, highly recommend!! My only complaint is that Nathan James only has a limited amount of furniture designs...Looking forward to them coming out with more stuff! ... show more

Okay this is maybe my 2nd amazon review in my years of being an avid amazoner but it’s so necessary for this product/company. I ordered this with the intent of having it in our house for our NYE party. I assembled the entire piece only to find out that the glass piece (the last step) would not fit due to a mishap in the metal frame. SO I emailed the Nathan James Furniture directly and they got back to me right away, on a Friday late afternoon. They understood how frustrating that was and told me they were shipping out a new piece right away. I informed them how I needed it for the party however with it being a holiday weekend and wasn’t prime shipping, it did not arrive in time. HOWEVER we were actually able to fix the one we had and use it!!! They told me not to worry about sending anything back but just to keep both pieces, amazing. YOU’D THINK MY POSITIVE REVIEW WOULD END HERE BUT IT DOES NOT!!! A month later, I get a random package from Godiva Chocolate and I thought my boyfriend was being super cute..... well it wasn’t him. Nathan James Furniture sent me chocolate truffles from Godiva to apologize and thank me for my patience. I MEAN REALLY?! Never have I ever experienced such incredible costumer service. I’m still so amazed. Besidesssss that, the bar cart is perfect. Love the look of it and it’s nice and sturdy. Was exactly what I was looking for. Moral of the story: I will forever be buying furniture from Nathan James and you should too. Thank you for reading this very long review. ... show more
