Nice bench but not sure how sturdy it is has I can’t use it do to the piece you need to adjust the bench seat wasn’t in the packaging. Can’t get hold of anybody to get the part for it.

I was able to put this bench together without my husband. Instructions are self explanatory only a few bolts to screw! This equipment is high quality and multi useful. I found workouts on Pinterest that makes this a really useful work out equipment for all areas of your body!

This is not very soft padding at all. I am purchasing pads to put on top of it, which defeats the purpose of buying a cheap bench. With the price of the padding, it will be just as expensive as all the other benches

Must say this is a good buy. I assume most who workout don’t look for something fancy in a bench. All we need is something simple that does the job. If this description fits you, then this is the bench. It has everything I needed in a home workout bench and more. The back is easily adjustable, just like any gym bench. The foot/leg rests are both adjustable/removable base on your needs. Although I don’t use it much, but the resistance band given is also a plus for whoever needs it. Great product for the price. Easy to put together, sturdy, incline and decline adjustments are easy to use. The only issue is with the foam leg supports.
