I bought two twin XL mattresses based on the rave reviews on Amazon. So let me present the other side. We moved to a new home. We had these down on the floor while we waited for the adjustable bed frames to arrive. They inflated much faster than the previous memory foam mattresses that I purchased through Amazon. This was a little concerning to me because genuine memory foam would take a little bit to inflate. That night sleeping on them was miserable. The mattress rolls you to the side and you end up falling off the edge in your sleep. It’s like the middle is more stable than the edges and you cannot stay in the middle of this mattress. Gravity will not let you stay on the middle portion. Worst night sleep of my life. The mattresses were very firm and not plush at all as you would expect memory foam to be And you can’t stay in the middle of this bed. I removed the cover to see what the mattresses really like. It’s basically a giant foam block with about one and a half inches of green foam on the top. My photos reflect what your mattress looks like if you take off the cover. Then you see my hand pressing down on what is supposed to be the memory foam layer. And the third photo is the mattress immediately after I removed my hand. I had my daughter ready the camera and snap the photo as soon as I lifted my hand. If the green layer was memory foam, you should see an imprint of my hand that would slowly become flat. Clearly, you do not. The mattress snaps back to place like common foam would with no imprint. This isn’t a memory from mattress. This is just a flat out foam mattress with the top colored green. Even the box says foam mattress, not memory foam mattress, and yet it’s marketed as memory foam on Amazon. Our backs are sore, we wake up multiple times a night because we’re in the ditch on the edge of the mattress. You have to stiffen yourself when you first lay on the mattress so you can stay in the middle. I would like to return these mattresses and get my money back, but how do you get those things back in the box? How do you ship these back? I would never buy this mattress. I will never buy this, and I advise you to look at one of the many fine alternatives Amazon sells and not listen to the rave reviews because these Mattresses are not memory foam. It’s just a big foam brick like they sell at a craft store. If I knew how to return these, I would. Finally getting out of bed is an issue because when you go to sit up on the edge, these things collapse. Other reviewers mention the edge issue I wish I would’ve listened to them before purchasing.     • Must wait 48 hours for full inflation
I purchased 2 mattresses, one 10" to make sure it was decent quality and another 10" after reviewing the first. There are no included instructions with the mattress, however, the box they ship in did state to allow 24 - 48 hours to regain maximum height. I decided to order the 10" mattress as my kids are older and a little heavier. Also, from reading reviews, it appeared that thinner mattresses had more height issues. The first mattress had dents in the center and the corners needed 48 hours to reach maximum height, which was the full 10 inches. The second mattress "inflated" much more quickly, but the edges were sunk in for at least a day and a half before gaining the full 10-inch thickness. Both are a medium firmness and very comfortable. I do use waterproof mattresses covers on all my mattresses as you just never know, and the mattresses do not make you too hot. The kids say they are sleeping much better through the night and really like them. For the price, I would recommend the mattress. I went to a name brand store and for the same price, the offered a mattress that felt like sleeping on a box-spring frame. ... show more

    • If you’re a side sleeper, don’t even consider it.
First of all, this “mattress” is not a mattress. It’s a topper, at best. It never expanded, it’s the exact same size and thickness as it was when it came out of the box. I can feel the bed frame when I lay down. I’m a side sleeper, usually a firm mattress doesnt bother me, with this I wake up feeling my back is being crunched together in someone’s fist. My hips are sore as well, I’m basically lying on metal bars. I think this would be okay for a child, but not a fully grown adult. It’s also advertised as a memory foam mattress, but it’s actually just a foam block. The center of the mattress has a hump so you’ll slide to the edges of you roll over. The corners stick up and are incredibly thin, this is just all around not a good mattress. Edit: I’ve had this mattress for about six months now, and while I’m planning on getting a new one, this mattress is decent if you’re low on cash and just need to get one. The ridge is in the middle is finally gone(which I believe may have also been there due to my boxspring that I’ve just removed), however the mattress is still thin and hurts my back in the morning when I wake up. ... show more
