Have grilled everything from chicken, Flank Steak, Veggies and fish perfectly. Definitely follow the instructions and coat with oil a few times. Allow burn in so nothing is sticking and enjoy your summers with family and friends!!! I ordered the natural gas version and it arrived quickly and the packaging is definitely in the top 5 BEST! It was double boxed and all the parts were marked clearly. Was worried about assembly after reading others reviews but it took me 45 min from start to first fire! If you pay attention it’s easily a one man job, I did it myself. Think of IKEA direction for a grill LOL. All pictures. Purchased this grill to replace my 15 year-old Brinkman natural gas grill. The Brinkman was on it's last legs anf the interior structure was rusted away. I have a Napolean wall mounted natural gas fireplace so I was familiar with the brand. The grill, like the fireplace, is very well constructed. The grill provides much better temperature control than the Brinkman ever did. Like the fact that the burners light instantly with the jet flame. The only short coming is the assembly instructions; not clear how the grille attaches to the base. All in all a great product that will give years of service. ... show more

The grill is everything I could ever ask for definitely the best grill I’ve ever owned. However, putting it together was an absolute nightmare. The instructions were very vague and the pictures did not really show much of anything on what to do. This barbecue goes together easily. What I really like is that the Hi temp setting is HIGH. In fact, you have to be very careful that you turn it down after searing so you don't burn your food. I also like the fact that all four wheels are on swivels so it is easy to maneuver. I also find the wheel locks are easy to use. I purchased this grill, it arrived in a very damaged box and was missing parts. Napoleon has been helpful supplying the missing parts but I did not realize this grill is a natural gas grill and does not have a conversion kit to change it to propane. Now I can't use the grill and I don't know what to do with it. I guess I'll sell it? ... show more

Great grill, heats up very quickly and retains heat inside very well. Look and quality are excellent and while the directions are a bit confusing, anyone who knows how a grill goes together can figure it out. Love the wavy grill, cooks 2in thick steaks like nothing.

We did not want a propane grill. We wanted to replace a grill we had that we hook to the gas line in our home. This is a very nice grill. My husband was able to put it together. But it took awhile! The grill arrived earlier than expected. We like this grill.
