This is our second purchase of this exact model. We have one hooked up to a gas line the other a propane tank. Both work great and do not take up a lot of room on either balconies. The instructions were very vague and the pictures did not really show much of anything on what to do. This barbecue goes together easily. What I really like is that the Hi temp setting is HIGH. In fact, you have to be very careful that you turn it down after searing so you don't burn your food. I also like the fact that all four wheels are on swivels so it is easy to maneuver. I also find the wheel locks are easy to use.
