I requested the part that was damaged be replaced as I had disposed of the box and could not ship the whole couch back. They just kept offering a discount which I refused. Really great couch - much better and more comfortable than I expected! The couch came in 2 boxes. I could not get them up into my apartment by myself so I ended up opening the boxes up downstairs and carrying the couch up in pieces. It really was not too bad - couch comes in 4 main pieces with 4 legs and 4 cushions (two seat and two back). I was able to put it together by myself in less than an hour - pretty easy even though there weren't any instructions. Looks great with my throw blanket but will definitely need an accent pillow or 2 for watching movies/taking naps. ... show more

I purchased the Naomi Home Siggy Genuine Leather Loveseat and Sofa from Amazon for her and I could not be happier. These are an outstanding value. Stitching, texture, quality are terrific. They were literally half the cost of similar items on Costco. Colors and styles are limited and I'm sure this aids the low price, but I'm fine with that. They require some straightforward assembly. One person can do it, but it is much easier with two people. Packaged well, no damage. If you are looking for genuine leather furniture at a low price, look no further than these.
