Our first new bed in over 30 years, split king adjustable is fantastic so far. The mattresses I ordered work perfectly on these frames. It took exactly 4 minutes to access and plug in the motors - they tested perfectly. It took longer to get them out of the boxes! I purposely did not order any excess features, such as massage, as do not want to deal with issues in the future. Shipping was so fast, just a few days. I was quite happy with the sturdiness of the construction of these frames . I ordered 4 inch risers to get the bed up high ( we love it that way) for family TV watching with our great grandkids. With the risers, I have 16 inch clearance for underbed container storage! The motors are very quiet, can barely hear them. We have used this for three days....will update in about a month to make sure still deserves a five star rating. ... show more

After experiencing pain in my lower back from a bulging disk, I convinced myself and husband that this would be a better option for sleeping. Well the set up was a breeze after I had my husband to get the boxes from downstairs (the delivery person just left them at the bottom of the stairs at our apartment). Due note the bedframe is heavy. After reading some other reviews we opted for an 8" mattress and it seems like that was perfect to be able to feel the massage. The only con we have is when it comes to "sexy time" the split in the double king can be a little annoying when trying to maneuver in different positions 😉. This was a great buy! ... show more

The black felt cover of the frame is a little thinnish, but OK. We are awaiting mattresses to top it off, but the motors work well. The only drawback is the height of the unit. I would have preferred taller legs or at least ones that were adjustable. After you screw the legs to the bed, it's a little low to the ground. However, if that is what you like, you'll be just fine with this unit. Also of note: There is no way to interlock both twin XL units. When they say it's a split king, they mean it. They can be two XL twin beds that you can walk between or not. Still a decent purchase for the price. ... show more

I purchased this on March 6, 2023. Within the first 30 days, the head and foot were not lifting correctly. I contacted the seller, who advised me to crawl under the bed and see if anything was catching. I explained to them that I was in a wheelchair and not able to do it. They did not respond. Things continued to get worse until one night, there was a loud pop, and the head dropped. After that, there was no rise at all in the head. Then the foot portion did the same. Thank goodness I opted for the extra coverage. I opened a claim, and they advised me to contact the seller to let them know I was still under warranty. I did, but the seller said my 90 was up, and they would not do anything. I let the insurance know what they said. The Insurance provider had a virtual repair specialist contact me to look at the issue, and we found that the frame had snapped. They opened the claim and tried to find me a replacement. They could not replace the frame, so they are issuing me a complete refund. I would not recommend. ... show more
