When I ordered this bed, I did not know I would have to have emergency surgery the very next week. The bed arrived 3 days sooner than it was supposed to, and I was so happy because, it gave me a chance to get a friend to assemble it the day before I was due to have surgery. This was I would have it ready when I got home from surgery. The bed is absolutely great. It works just as promised. It was a prayer answered for me, because when I decided to buy it, I was considering the cheaper models at first, but then I thought about how many failures they had because of the manual lifting mechanisms. I just decided to go ahead and spend the extra money to get an electric bed, and I am so so happy that I did. when I came home from hernia surgery, I would have never had the strength to do those manual bed frames, but my electric bed frame is perfect in every way, I also like the massage feature, which the manual beds did not have either. Thank You so much for making such an amazing product. I will be a lifelong customer.

This product is heavy to lift as a single individual. That said with some caution and though I slowly maneuvered each of the large boxes and little by little got each piece out and assembled. All of the electrical connections are done spare connecting the bed base to the adapter and the adapter to the wall. Everything was neatly packaged. I used the remotes to independently shift bed position but have yet to get the “pairing” to work. I will update once I do - otherwise seems good. I do not oye any off smells from the bases. I do recommend having furniture pads or sliders (6 per base) if you are placing it on rug or tile and want to be able to shift the position of the bed base without damaging the floor.

When I first got this bed, it was absolutely magical. It worked beautifully, relieved my back pain, and helped me to sleep better. I was living' the dream. Then one day, after turning on the message, something snapped and that was the end of my dream. This frame has a weight limit of 750 lbs and I am the only person who sleeps in this bed, I don't flop around much at night, and there is no logical reason this need is broken. I have only had it for 14 months, so the seller would do nothing. This was also the first time I forgot to get the external warranty (that's on me) but it's not unreasonable to expect that an item that costs as much as this does should last more than 14 months with normal use. When I looked this item up again, it's now being sold for about $200 less than what I paid. Even THEY have realized that this was cheap goods. Don't waste your money.

I am totally enjoying this queen sized bed frame. It seemed a bit daunting to set up as we were going through the process......the instrution photos were very difficult to tell what was what. However, once it was all set up, we looked back and thought it was not aa difficult as it felt going through it. So pack your patience and just rill with the process. One thing I did as we were setting it up was to get masking tape and Sharpie to lable all the screws we put in and drew arrows pointing to the parts the label is describing so when the frame has to be disassembled we can remember what we did to put it together. The frame came in two boxes....the head section in one, and the foot section in the other, and is really quite heavy. I would say if you are moving frequently, I would not recommend an elevating bed frame because of its weight and complexity to move, but if you are pretty solidly put, it is awesome. We put the 12" Novilla gel foam mattress on it and the two are a match made in heaven. It feels very solid and well made.
